  • I think this is off Cream's second album. lol

  • Anyone wanna take a guess at what his settings are?

Ever since I got a 10 band EQ, I'm never satisfied with the 65 TRRI's three, too trebly.

  • I personally think that there has never been a better clean sound than the Twin Reverb.

  • nice nice nice

  • nice nice nice

  • What is that riff at 1.00. The twin sure does sound awesome, I have a bassman 100, thinking of keeping the 2nd channel as is as I love it, and modding the bass channel, maybe add some stuff to the circuit to get a tweed twin sound.

  • WHEN THE TWIG SNAPPETH BENEATH THE WEIGHT OF THE ENORETY OF BOOFELLISM, THEN THE BASTROD NOB MUST BE SLIMMED TO ACCOMIDATE THE TOASTIE TIMOLOCK OF TWAM - PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHILST BEING A DICK!

  • Star Wars moment start at 0:53 and go away at 1:05

  • RITCHIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yes, thank you Jeff.....Notice Jeff doesn't speak from his mouth, yet from his fingers........Nice.........nice. thnx

  • No... first Jeff went to the liquor store, bought a bottle of Jack Daniels, then stopped at the adult bookstore, bought himself a porno, THEN went home, kicked the dog and beat his wife......

  • Jeff is a fantastic player... all classic sweet tones!

  • RICHIE!!!!!!!!

  • What song is that he played?

  • @hunterbrinson , It's an instrumental called "Sleepwalk", was a pretty popular tune from the movie "La Bamba",

    about Richie Valens

  • @budarday

Ok, thank you, i thought it sounded like the song "Maybe" that John Frusciante covered.

  • @budarday written by Santo and Johnny in the late 50's originally on steel guitar.

  • @hunterbrinson sounds kinda like a song called angel baby by rosie and the originals but it probably isnt

  • Good playing man.. sounds great

  • i cant see one single bad amp in that room, mesa boogie, fender, vox

beats shitty line 6 spiders anyday

  • Vox sux

  • @4ndrew1 thats because line 6 seems to think solid state works while they throw a really stupid effects program in an amp that you cant even work properly when you change settings for example when you want to go from clean to dirty channels the volume changes to the point that it jumps from 1 to 10 for some stupid reason when changing so they are really dumb amp builders dont know why but they have never figured out that problem ever.....dumb

  • i cant see one single bad amp in that room

  • if i had all the money , my living room would look like that

  • Epic face 1:18

  • I think this one is best of the three, although I still find the reissue sound is still lacking somewhat. Is ip2p circuitry?

  • Comment removed

  • Where is this amp made?

  • En el segundo 46 se confunde re maaaaaaal!

Flaco elimina el video(bah, flaco) das vergüenza!

  • i have troubles with the footswitch like the amp sounds way better with out it and the middle button that sayys effects is absoultely useless and adds crappy sounding distortions what do you think is wrong with my amp or foot switch? my thoughts are something wrong with back input jack or maybe the tubes are heating the chord that attaches to the back or maybe the switch is broken .... lol i dont know but if you can help it will be much appreciated :D on the twin amp any help is appreciated .

  • thanks for taking us back to your memories...

  • the song is sleepwalk by the shadows(hank marvin)

  • @nidge0 Santo and Johnny did it first.

  • the song is sleepwalk by the shadows(hank marvin)

  • Sounds like Its too late by derek and the dominos. Nice tone!!!

  • @1960sBluesFan

the songs called sleepwalking...by...i don't. haha. but still.

  • too much reverb

  • @OMERTA011 no such thing

  • @OMERTA011 There's no such thing as too much reverb my freind!!!

  • RITCHIE!!!!!!

  • the Twin sounds the fullest and the best

  • Jeff has stucked in the 4th dimension...

  • Sleepwalk, cool!

  • I have this amp and really have enjoyed it. they essentially last forever. I think they go now for about 1500 bucks. Ive been trying to sale mine for 700 bucks and havent had any response from anyone locally. Figured it would have sold quickly. Oh well i guess 700 bucks is hard to come by for some people. I figured it would be a good deal. It beats buying one new and sounds exactly the same.

  • @robrippen That's a really good price. I think I paid 500 euros for mine, but I don't know exactly how euro's compare to dollars.

  • @Reint25 around $1000 at least

  • @robrippen I'll buy it

  • this is why i got my twin.

  • Does this have point to point wiring like the original ones?

  • Nah, I wish it did.

  • beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That was amazing.

The guitar player, the amp and the guitar...

  • As far as I'm concerned, the best amp ever made. Add a good overdrive pedal to handle your saturated tones, and you're all set.

  • I'd have to agree. Do you have any good recomendations for pedals? I was looking at maybe the Sparkle Drive by Voodoo labs? (it's similar to a Tube Screamer)

  • A big Muff is perfect for any fender amp.

  • This tone is beautiful, that guitar helps, but that is a sweet amp too!

  • Lovepedal Eternity - great pedal, thick and creamy

Fulltone Fulldrive II Mosfet - great all-around pedal

ProCo Rat - My oldest, cheapest pedal, and my current fave (again!)

  • How do the cleans of say the Mesa Boogie Lonestar series stack up against the 65?

  • wonder if they still got that thing at the shop.

  • whats name this song?

  • Sleep Walk

  • Sleepwalk by Santo and Johnny

  • Try the Shadow's version and Brian Setzer's too.

  • Twin Reverb Rocks! I use a distortion or a overdrive to dirty things up, but that amp still kicks butt! Add a 15" speaker extension cab and Look OUT!!!!

  • was that straight into the amp? Nice sustain & almost sounds compressed. Singing tone - sweet.

  • great gear...

  • wow so many nice amps there XD

  • he played this then jeff went home kicked the dog and beat his wife

  • @cshargeit so true!

  • @cshargeit hahahahhahaha u r a hilarious motherfucker sir

  • @cshargeit What the hell? hahahaha

  • @cshargeit hell ya

  • was that Satriani at the end/??

  • The shadows! ! ! mate!!!!!

  • santo and johnny - sleepwalk

    please guys . . .

  • Omg i thought that was made by the shadows!

    Sorry !

  • it was ritchie valens

  • no its santo and johnny

  • Awesome vintage vibe.

  • i just bought one, they're awesome

  • i could swear the tune he plays was originally on a hawaiian steel guitar. or should never be played without one.

  • Correct in bouth way you told it !!!!

  • a Fulltone OCD works great to overdrive a twin reverb..its what i use...makes it break u nicely at lower volumes

  • Sleep walk!

  • ha! i know. modest mouse totally stole it!

  • @StephenMirabito It's called a cover...and they did it damn well :(

  • is it possible to make a overdrive tone on this amp, or is it just clean tones?

  • its 2 clean channels

  • Its possible, but you have to do it the old fashioned/best way. Turn the amp up so excruciatingly loud that the tubes overdrive and produce a nice break up.

  • lol with the blistering volumes this thing produces i dont think most people can do that without blowing a few houses down

  • The twin reverb is a notoriously clean amp (and an absolutely fantastic one at that). If you turn it up loud enough to send it into something resembling an overdrive, you'll go deaf prematurely. So basically if you want any kind of distortion at all, you'll have to use a tube screamer (or similar overdrive) pedal instead.

  • how many watts is this?

  • 85W

  • kk thx

  • i love sleepwalk!

  • Nice amp. hey i have a old old Fender twin reverb, solid state SR2100. ive never seen another one like it so its obviosly very rare! anybody know anything about them or how much their worth.

  • i'm just guessing but because its a solid state its probably not worth much and its probably a cbs era fender because they seemed to do radical things like make twin reverbs solid state

  • just gonna add that. wonder what it sounds like, twin solid state cant be pretty...

  • could i ask what settings you have on that amp?

  • What a classic sound and beautifully played!

A pleasure to listen to this, nicely done.

    Thanks for posting.
