Well, if you shoot him, you'll end up in jail. As simple as that. You can also be given a life sentence if you kill a person. It really depends. India is quite a conservative society still even though its modernizing. This case is sad. I hope Ruchika was molested in 2009 or 2008. Then she wouldn't have committed suicide. Because now, we have an active media as supposed to what it was 20 years ago. She was molested at a wrong time at a wrong place. So, its her bad luck too plus the system was not at its best proper place either.
