Standells 2nd bass player. Dave was with the group for less than a year, and was replaced by John Fleck.

That is a Vox "Teardrop 12" (string) guitar, Vox bass, and a Vox Continental organ. Chances are, that the show's instruments were provided by Vox. The shows "Shindig", "Hullabuloo". & "Where The Action Is" all provided Vox gear.
