  • shouldnt the step-father to be disbarred from practice!? he is abusing his position and hurting poor David.

  • It's so sad see people making the history about a little boy all about themselves

It's so Sad that these 2 family can be so selfish and egocentric annd don't see how lucky and happy this little boy could be to have all of them in his live and the love they have for him

  • Abduction. Thats all one needs to know about this 5 year battle, a battle that shouldn't have been.

Someone needs to abduct and hold hostage the Grandparents and whoever else is responsible for this toss up, and in a country such as Brazil it's a wonder it doesn't happen. Can't imagine what both the child and David are feeling.

  • Congratulations, Mr. Goldman!

    FROM BRAZIL!!!!

Tiram o filho de seu pai e depois querem apelar ao emocional até do judiciário brasileiro para que ele fique aqui? Quem criou esta distância entre pai e filho foi a família materna e usam este fator para querer mantê-lo longe do pai??

    IT WAS SO CRUEL!!!

    FINALLY, JUSTICE!!

  • the worst is that he's requiring 500 million dollars in indemnity to Sean's Brazilian relatives! Son of a bitch!

  • No, the worse thing was that the Brazilian grandparents held him hostage and tried to brain wash him according to a Supreme judge in Brazil. The only bitch here was the dead mother for stealing the boy. If she was not happy she should have left the husband. She did not divorce him legally and remarried. The 500 million dollars should be paid for all this mans legal fees and trips to Brazil over the past 5 years. Those people resposible for robbing this child and this man 5 years of thier lives.

  • King Solomon called his father, Mr David Goldman and grandmother, and Mrs. Silvana Bianchi said. - I decided to cut the child in half and resolve this parade. What do you say the contenders?

    Ms. Silvana said,

    - No! I can not accept I give up.

And Mr. Mr. Goldman says what? Asked King Solomon

    - Well, I'll do, I can sell some organs and earn some more.

  • Why are people considering this a custody battle? This is a case of kidnapping and should be handled as such.

  • Mr.Goldman you don't know

and I don't know you.Just know I am praying for you.Don't give up.I heard about the new twist.God says you will win.Don't give up.I know you are tried.praying for to stay strong and for you and your son to bond together.love and prayers to you and your family.

  • Congratulations Mr David and Sean !!!!

    FELICIDADES FELIZ 2010 !!!!!

    from Brasil

  • I am Brazilian, but I disagree with this stupid grandparents. They are the tipical rich people in Brazil they think they can do whatever they want and is fine. I hate this type of people like Bianchi family MORONS.

  • I would like to know why Brazilian authorities took so long to handle this properly. This should never have gone to court. He should have been returned to his father. What a joke. It wasn't until after Hillary Clinton got involved that the Brazilian authorities took this matter more seriously.

  • @AnitaNaT2009 So are the Silva & Bianchi family

  • AniTa the CUNT.

  • If my opinion counts for anything, the boy should be with his father. LOOK at it this way, you have a wife that you loved, have a son that you love more than anything, then she goes and pulls a houdini on you with your son. WTF?? Then divorces you, and tells you that they are not going back to USA? IF the wife would have still been alive this would be a different story, but she's dead, and boy is not old enough to make decisions and plus this shouldn't HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE. WITH DAD!

  • HAGUE CONVENTION

  • Dear kryptonitex2,

as a Brazilian who lived in the USA, I want you to know that your comments are very unhappy. You don't know Brazil at all to say such things. You have no idea about what Brazil is. What happened to David Goldman was a terrible situation with what many Brazilians never agreed. Many of us were supporting his battle to have his son back home. Fortunately, we are all succeed. Please, review your concepts because prejudice is an ignorance and Brazil is a very important country.

  • the way this peice of shit brazilian family paraded this boy through the streets shows the world that brazil is a garbage country!! and the system and its people are third world!!! boycott this dump of a country brazil!!!!

  • Brazil is a garbage country, crooked and dishonest to the bone!! we need to boycott this GARBAGE COUNTRY BRAZIL!! THE COUNTRY AND THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS CROOKED

  • You are probably one of those fat and white ass surviving with the credit card company money going to the Dunkin every morning and asking for a fat break fast to make your ass much bigger than it is.You have probably a shit family, because if you didnt, you would never talk about a country like that. The only good thing your country got is the dollar, and it seems to be over,no more money to make your ass bigger.

  • Ok Sean Goldman was banished of Brazil. Do you know why? This boy do not plays soccer very well, he also does not know to fight a regular Brazilian martial art and he does not understand the spirit of the Samba. Then we decided that this boy is NOT good enough to be Brazilian. He is NOT worth to have the Brazilian stuff. David Gayman can stay with his excrement! Nobody cares about this annoying kid here! Get out of my country you communists bitches! Underdogs!

    God loves Brazil the MOST!

  • @AlmightyBrazil Brazil is filled with uneducated filthy pigs, your country is a corrupt third world nation where 90 percent of your people are hungry. we have been giving you pathetic brazilians welfare so you all dont starve...but no more!!BRAZIL IS A DUMP!!!

  • @kryptonitex2

    You dont know shit!

    Brazil is the BEST!

    You low level.

Search in all trustworthy sources out there and you will see that USA is becoming a cCOMMUNIST country and soon will fail in tottal collapse then Brazil will rise and the Brazilian Empire will rule the world. Nobody cares about you think YOU SCUM DIRTY COMMUNIST RETARD KKK MEMBER NIGGA GAY!

  • Brazil Erupts in Violence Race Riots check out the wonderful people of Brazilla

  • @Daffydizzydoodle Fuck you japanese cunt.

  • What tha fuck?? A person can be a communist, a kkk member, a nigga and gay at the same time??

You just show to youtube communitiy how stupid you are!

  • @dflores012207 you can be all evil things when you are against GOD

but I will not fight with nobody because it is christmas time ok

Merry Christmas and a happy new year

  • I'm not against GOD and my intentions were not to fight you. But you have to understand that the whole world knows about US problems because of the extensive coverage media here but every country has problems and Brazil is one of them. Do you remember in the 80's when Dead Squads were sent by the government to kill the homeless children on the streets of many cities of Brazil? That's something the world community will never forget about your country.

Merry Christmas and happy new year too!!

  • @kryptonitex2

I will not insult USA because I am not a low level dirty scum trash talk like you but USA is the one here full of violence at schools with bullying and shoot outs slaughters made by insane kids inspired in the matrix trash movies and peverts like Michael Jackson trying to make sex with kids everywhere in USA and racism and bad food full of toxic stuff and homeless people without human rights

    God loves Brazil the MOST!

    THE END! YOU LOSER!

  • (chuckle) r u for real?

  • (intended for Almighty Brazil)

  • Oh really? You think we don't know about Abraão José Bueno, Pedro Rodrigues Filho and Edson Isidoro Guimarães? And for you to know, poor people in the US have food on their table, clothes to wear and Christmas gifts unlike children on Brazilian favelas, they don't even have decent food or drinkable water!

  • @AlmightyBrazil, that is why there is over 40,000 murders in Brazil every year. You talk about MJ, but you don't mention the big child trafficking ring in Brazil. The number of homeless there is 4X the amount in USA. I love Brazil, both my parents are from there. But I hate when Brazilians try to act like Brazil is god's gift to mankind. Every country has something to offer.

  • @AlmightyBrazil

    wow... talk about sour grapes....

  • thank God David Goldman is getting back his son Sean. What a loving family father a sweetie. I love Meredith Viera Today Show

  • Well said.

  • @FanBrazil1

Why don't you tell that to the millions of American soldiers who fought and died during World War II.

  • I live in brazil , and the thing is that this guy hasnt seen how life is in usa , i would rather 1000 times to live in the usa , and another thing , he is gonna live in Rio de janeiro :O violance has reached its top , he can die just by walking through the street by a lost bullet or by the cops .. poor kid Go back to USA and u 'll see what life is!

  • I hope the idiot stepfather does not try any funny

business. His wife already paid for her trespasses

and if I were him,I'd be more worried about the

    universal law of KARMA!

  • He Got his son back!!!

  • He did. I'm SO glad, but David said he wouldn't start celebrating until they were actually on the plane on the way back to the U.S.

  • I just heard of the great news...The best Christmas present of all..You get your precious son back. Thanks to all for making the RIGHT DECISION.

  • I have been reading all these comments and many people are missing the point. This is not USA vs. Brazil and you cheer for your country. Arguing about different political systems and the evils of different countries belongs elswhere. This is about a father's right to have full custudy ofhis son. The mom died and therefore this should be a closed and shut case. I am thinking this is more about Brazil flexing its muscle showing the US that they can't always get their way as they are used to.

  • you are not even an american what are you vomit dumbass? i said that you have to prove the garbages and non senses you are saying... who is asking your US? US made it self police state to have a better way to rob etc. but now it's falling. soon the civil war.

total destruction and i m laughing

  • hehehe and you believe in santa. US has robbed allover the world making wars, robbing poor countries etc. you dont have a good stand of life compared with the evil you do. homeless, abortions, starvation, serial killers etc.

    you are experiencing that.

and dont say BS saying that one who make critics about the great satan is jealous, it is no sense and a way to look more idiot as you are looking

  • @tbower67 prove it or shut up

  • @tbower67 i m not you to be an idiot

  • While FanBrazil1 is a complete colossal dolt, I must say that the kid may very well enjoy his life and family in Brazil. After all, he has lived there most of his life now, & I think that his natural father's judgement may now be clouded by sheer anger. It is almost as if even if the father were shown that it would be in the best interest of the child to keep him in Brazil, he would still fight to remove him. He may be putting the child's best interest aside for a vendetta at this point.

  • Brazil has turned this parental rights case into a circus. Fitting for the clowns that are in power.

  • FanBrazil1...It was CLEARLY implied, assshole! When and where has the US critized the WHOLE of Brazil? Show me. Point me to that news release. You can't! Stupid, ignornat and hypocritical morons like you give the HUMAN RACE a bad name! And the US is SUPERIOR to Brazil. That's a given, no doubt about it. HaHaHa

  • brazil is not world exemplo of human rights, so neither is UNITED STATES,,, that in 5 years killed more than 600,000 inocent IRAKis,,, but dont worry we will get there cause i already donated $ 20 dollars for this poor american to bring his kid back to USA. Actually i am thinking to donate more cause USA is in a such a historical DEBT a heard they will spent next 100 years to fix

  • War is hell on innocents. You should keep your $20. Brazil has become an international embarassment over this abduction.

  • FanBrazil1.....Tortured Muslims have NOTHING to do with this parental rights case, MORON. You brought it up, my guess is because you're an idiot who can't argue the merits without saying something stupid and irrelevant. So what you're saying is SINCE the US tortured Muslims, Brazil has the right to torture Seans biological father? You're ignorant.

  • @FanBrazil1 Are you a lawyer?

  • I don't know if you've raised kids but let me ask you a question..have you ever heard of a parent clashing with their ten year old? No. It's always a teen. Why? Because a ten year old is a baby. They are the same people who don't want to get in the bath, then don't want to get out. Furthermore, they are also dependent on their authority figures.

All of that aside, no loving parent would want their child to be put through an interview of that nature. Even if he did, this child was abducted.

  • He is ten! Furthermore he has Stockholm if anything. You think a ten year old would say anything to upset the people he will be immediately returned to? You don't put a ten year old through that kind of interview.

FanBrazil I agree that the US is guilty of many things, including abandoning the Hmong people of Thailand after they helped us in the 60s and the list goes on, however, one case at a time. In THIS case, Brazil needs to return this abducted child...yesterday.

  • Such a backward country

  • FanBrazil1...Tit for Tat? You're an imbicile! It's a shame, but to compare this with the US torturing suspected terrorists is stupid. Sean has been brainwashed for 5 years by his Brazilizn grandparents. He shouldn't be allowed to decide anything. Had they asked him 5 years ago, he would've went home with his father. Now, after being denied the opportunity to know his father and the long period of time to forget him, I doubt he'll want to leave Brazil. I hope someday your child is taken from you.

  • You better give up you COMMUNIST prick!

Brazilian Army would declere war against USA if you ignorant people do not stop with this madness

  • and theyll loose haha

  • AlmightyBrazil....What madness are you referring to? The propoganda you swallow is laughable. I'd hate to see the Brazilian amry declare war on the US. For what reason? It's not smart to pick on the bully. That's how you get your ass kicked.

  • @AlmightyBrazil

Oh,as an American I just shaking all over. The Brazilian Army, would be crushed by the greatest fighting force in the world. The Untied States military.

  • why do americans and others countries used to go to others countries to find a woman? werent they able to find women in their own country?

many women that went to US thinking in a easy life are becoming crazy, dying, going to the jail etc.

they usually dont receive good treatement and are used as maids etc.

and now it's worse as they have children.

  • @alexrj2

I've seen this over and over. American marries foreign woman, they leave together for a few years, woman leaves American. In all cases I've seen (which I am the first to agree is a very small sample) there seem to be in the root of the problem the man's visible lack of respect for his counterpart's roots.

**Absolutely not implying this was Goldman's case***.

But in the remote case it was, I would not blame her for looking to bring sanity to her life - and by extension to her son's.

  • @ifilmhackersdotcom Your disclaimer is made obsolete by the sentence that follows it.

No matter what the case, this woman is a terrible person for what she has done to her own child. That is, depriving him of his Father. Moreover, she is doubly terrible for what she did to her ex-husband.

Also, "I've seen this over and over" to "which I am the first to agree is a very small sample". So you mean the sample is one? ha

Perhaps foreign peoples often do not make efforts to assimilate? hmm?

  • IT has NOTHING to do with RESPECT! His EX WIFE is DEAD! HE HAS the legal right to raise his son, nobody else! Your LOGIC is FAULTY!

  • @sep0507

No doubt about it. He's the biological father. The Brazilian Government was the 1st to acknowledge it, the Brazilian Justice just acknowledged it. Keep cool! It's just a matter of time now.

But Sean is Brazilian, unless he declines this honor in a written statement when he turns 18.

I'd advise him strongly to join the Brazilian Army. It's an awesome experience and there's zero chance to be deployed in a war and come back in a brown bag. The last war (besides WW2) was in 1864.

  • @sep0507 totally right. all this crap from brazilian politics is what made me leave my country of birth and go live somewhere else.

US is far, very far from perfect. There are millions of stupid, arrogant americans. Brazil is even worse. And that doesn't matter here.

The kid has one father, and that's David. He's going to great lenghts to get his son back, and he deserves to have his son back.

  • @ifilmhackersdotcom

sure. and there are those who cant do what she did and are becoming crazy, commiting suicide, killing, dying etc.many are under oppression

  • @alexrj2

Cant agree with you more, dude. Right now I know of at least two couples. In one case, she is a educated woman, outstanding verve, very sharp sense of humor. On top of that, gorgeous!!! The guy is a condescending dickhead.

Guess what? It's tanking. Not even Jesus and Santa united will save this one. Thanks God they don't have kids.

  • What are American men thinking marrying foreign women in the first place? This, among thousand cases, is a perfect example of the hardship, resistance, and obsticles he will be faced with when something goes wrong. Other countries and thier cultures may no be compatible with our way of thinking. What mekes sense in the US does not elsewhere. So beware, don't be foolish and open your eyes before you tie to knot with some "exotic beauty", you might end up really regretting it.

  • He's lucky it's Brazil, not Japan. At least Goldman is haaving a fair court to review his case. There's another american IN JAIL in Japan for trying to "rescue" his son.

  • sure. the hipocrytes dont talk about that. and do you know why she left US?

  • weili6112 & alexrj2: you're both idiots. In the Elian Gonzalez case the US government INTERVENED and physically removed Elian Gonzalez from the home of his grandparents who kidnapped him, & then returned him to his father in Cuba...And that is precisely what Brazil is supposed to do under international law according to the Hague Convention, which Brazil signed. In fact Brazil should have returned him 5 years ago. This case has been going on way too long & it's disgraceful. BOYCOTT BRAZIL!!!!!!

  • dont say BS and dont say to others what yourself is. the grandparents didnt kidnap him as his mother died and he continued to live with the grandparents. they returned the child because he was not american.

Brazil has to protect a brazilian ...brazilian constitution and the child interest are more important than hague convention.and even so

the hague convention says that it's up to the court where the child is living to decide about the return or not. are you afraid about your gringo

  • Mr. Goldman is not about you is about Sean.

Solomon made a right decision in his court. When 2 mothers argued about to whom the child belongs. He said we will cut this child in half and each one can have their half.

The compassionate mother asked Solomon please do not cut I will give her away entirely to the other lady.

Solomon then had no doubts , I know now to whom this child belongs , the real mother is the one that makes sacrifice.

Narcissism= self- centeredness , extreme selfishness

  • @agent1up

I believe you are talking with your mother. She probably knows why you are so dirty mouth.

  • Comment removed

  • lialammas..Ignorant statement. By all accounts David was a great husband, only the family of his deseased wife claims differently. But then again, they're biased and they need leverage to continue to hold his son hostage.

  • @sep0507

If you said so.... You are probably the only authority in cases like this.

So if you rule then.... is no discussing because You rule and is no democratic court in the world that has a chance of viewing this case differently.

  • I can't help but wonder if Mr. Goldman has had such a hard time bringing his son home because of his religion.....

  • @love2inifinity

Of course is that kind of thinking you have .... because is what is in your heart.

I guarantee you that religion has nothing to do in this case.

  • What do you mean?

  • o brasil por lei nao poderia nem estar julgando estes caso ... esta crianca foi sequestrada ... mas sequestro e uma coisa tao comum no brasil que nao existe mais nem sensibilidade... bem vindo ao brasil

  • Haha, American, how quickly you forget the Cuba boy case.

  • Of course he belongs with his father and it's an enormous injustice what the Brazilian courts have done. But please don't make this a 'we're always right they're always wrong' thing. Does anyone remember Anna Mae He's case?. Tennessee courts went as far as to make openly racist claims in their decisions, with one judge going as far as saying he couldn't return her to her Chinese parents simply because her kidnappers were Americans and that made them better parents. Were was the outrage then?

  • FYI = There are currently 46 other similar family custody cases being heard through the courts in Brasil. This particular case just happened to catch the attention of the media in the US. (Ignorant racist people like you make me sick.)

  • @Level42SAY Brazil has already sent back many children, what about the US? US usually dont send back an american children to their mother in other countries if the woman is a foreign.

yes i agree with you, this case is very strange. the guy started to spread that after the mother death. no other country does the same. no other fathers are appealing to political pression etc. he's stay far away from the boy

for many years and after the mother death started this war. since june no phone etc

  • alexrj2 ....You're wrong on this. The father spent MANY days in Brazil trying to locate and see his son. Every effort he made was tharwted by either the grandparents or the judicial system. He NEVER STAYED AWAY. He was KEPT AWAY!

  • @JacoBass777 Are crimes not happening in other countries? what about wars? innocent children dying in Iraq etc? we are a country of white majority do a search before start to say b.s.

one thing i agree with you, those men going to Brazil to know women or knowing by the net have to stop as women are not robots and one day or another they will show it.

  • hahahhahahahhahahahha....how's your recession whitey? I hope you're enjoying it.

  • @JacoBass777

I must say that North America should be rule by your thinking. This way when you get extinct from the planet earth we the real good race can start having off springs without your kind mixing with us.

You are right about one thing. Your race is not perfect.

  • She "tragically" died in childbirth? Please that bitch deserved it. She kidnapped that child from him moved to brazil and divorced him from there. Then she remarried. It's called Karma people and she don't play games.

  • I am Brazilian and I think the child must be with his biological father. Period.

  • or he's lying or dont know about the children that Brazil has already returned to the U.S.

i think Brazil have to give up Hague Convention as that convention is creating surreal situations.

a woman has the right to leave in others countries. if she was obligated to wait U.S justice she would be obligated to stay forever leaving in a country where she didnt like.

she did what many want to do.

  • She had no obligation to stay permanently in the U.S.. She did have an obligation to wait until custody issues could be worked out. Instead, she simply kidnapped the child. The fact that her family thinks they have more rights over the child then his father is remarkable.

  • @Orlan54 never a court would have allowed her to leave in Brazil. the majority of women are being obligated to stay permanently in U.S. She didnt kindinnapped her son as she was his mother. there are other cases in Brazil based in international custody and they are being judged in the same way. children were already sent back to U.S. from Brazil.

U.S never sent back to Brazil children and never sent back children with american nationality to their parents in another country(foreign parent).

  • It is illegal for the U.S. to not allow her to leave unless she has committed a crime. She did kidnap her son. Both parents have custody but she decided that only she should see the son, that is immoral. The Elian Gonzalez case is similiar to this and in that case the boy was sent back to Cuba. The idea that the child's grandparents should have more rights than the father is absurd and you should be ashamed of yourself for defending it.

  • @Orlan54

Orlan you are not update about custody laws. U.S. courts would decide that both have the custody and that means never more live in Brazil. the Elian case is not at all the same. she didnt kidnap her son as she was his mother.

the supreme court in Brazil that the boy will stay in Brazil until the last judgement and he will be lisen by the judges.

  • alexrj2.....You're half right. The mother did not kidnap her son, but after her death the grandparents DID! After 5 years of living in Brazil, the boy has been indoctrinated to believe that HE IS better off in Brazil. It's also know that he was told his father did not want him. I don't care WHAT the boy tells the court today, 5 years TOO LATE, he belongs with his father. PERIOD.

  • @sep0507 they didnt kidnap either. the son was with them and it's a battle. how was he kept away before and not now? he received custody during the week but he didnt travel to Brazil to stay with his son during the week. what he is not phoning, writing etc to his son? why he's not living near his son?

do you know that theory of indoctrination is not accepted in the US?

i think the problem in this case is that he stayed away and that he never tryied an agreement with the brazilian family.

  • "Let the rule of law follow...." This is only one of 46 other similar cases going through the brazilian courts right now, this is a common family custody occurence, I dont understand why so many people are alarmed by this. This case just so happened to catch the attention of the american media.

  • alexrj2....That's where we think differently. He was with the grandparents AFTER the mother died. They had NO LEGAL right to claim custody. He didn't nedd an agreement with the family. It's HIS SON! The family outright hid his son from him on the many trips he made to Brazil. They are disgusting people.

  • @sep0507 ok. but you have to study brazilian law. it seems that mother and father are priority but the judge can decide to give custody to others family member and even to people with no blood link with the child. it seems that they give custody based on what will be 'good' to the child.

  • alexrj2...The Brazilizn courts had NO BUSINESS interfering with Goldmans right to his child in the first place. He is, after all, the product of a fugitive wife in a parental kidnapping according to US law. He may have dual citizenship, but he was taken from the US on false pretenses and should have been returned immediately. The garndparents of Elian Gonzalez tried the same tactic in Florida, but the US govt forced his return to his father in Cuba. What's right is right, and this is just wrong.

  • @sep0507 you are contradicting yourself; first you said that she wasnt fugitive now she's fugitive.

of course it's brazilian bussiness. hague convention says that is up to brazilian court to decide. Elian wasnt american, with american it's different. so the court is deciding about a brazilian living in Brazil.

normally a child has to stay with his father but in this case what the biologic father is expiencing is because of his own wish to fight without analyse the consequences.

  • alexrj2...after researching this incident, she definitely was a fugitive. The boy was born in America. He has dual citizenship because of the wife, but the Brazilian courts should not have juristiction. Just becaus they have him in Brazil, he's an American first, Brazilian second! What consequences are you talking about? There aren't any consequences for the father wanting to raise HIS child. You don't make any sense at all.

  • @sep0507 you dont know what you say. american first? he was born brazilian. why do you call her fugitive? never she was fellony in the U.S. and her family neither.of course is a matter of the brazilian court. he's in Brazil and his brazilian. hague convention says that the court in the country here the child is it' able to decide and judge about the hague convention.

  • alexrj2...He IS an American FIRST. He was born in the US. She's a fugitive for PARENTAL KIDNAPPING. US courts have awarded her husband full custody.

  • @sep0507 no. you no nothing. he was born both american and brazilian not to do with american first. the courts made a mistake. if the father wanted to follow the convention the nj court wasnt able to give a decision.

  • @sep0507

Dont let anger bloat your reason. There's no first or last, it's dual.

US, Canada and Brazil are the few to completely honor "jus soli", or right of citizenship based on place or birth.

All european countries but Romenia have imposed very tight restrictions.

Brazil also grants citizenship to children of Brazilian nationals, wherever they are born.

Therefore he is Brazilian and, interesting enough, will be required to enlist for the mandatory military service at 17 years of age.

  • I'm not angry. I'm stating an opinion. And I'm pretty sure we'll never have to watch Sean enter the Brazilian miliotary. He'll be back in the US where he belongs soon enough. And, if the courts don't send him back, there are other ways to bring him home.

  • @sep0507

Dont say "other ways to bring him home".

The US is never going to make this mistake. Brazil is on a rampage, it's a regional leader and a full democracy. The US NEEDS Brazil.

Remember how Falluja was hard to control? It's a city. Brazil is a **country**. If you served in the infantry you'd know what I'm talking about.

With the Chinese hanging the US by the collar (see "Bonds"), I doubt the US will want anything close to a war against a country of continental proportions like Brazil.

  • ifilmhackersdotcom....Who said anything about war? Who said anything about the US getting involved? Brazil is a thorn in the side of the US. They have repeatedly ignored US extradition requests for criminals. They have repeatedly ignored UN laws regarding child abuctions. Democracy? In your eyes, maybe. The boy Is American by BIRTH. He is Brazilizn by BIRTHRIGHT. I guess since he is on Brazilian soil possession is 9/10ths of the law. HaHa When I said other ways, I meant private intervention.

  • poor guy:(

  • I don't think David is a bad person or a bad father. I just think he must take responsibility for what is happening in his life instead of blaming Bruna and the "evil family". He seemed to be happy with the "status quo" in NJ. He would rather have Bruna miserable in NJ so he could be close to his child and be supported by Bruna and her family. Well, it didn't work. Apparently she was in search of hapiness too. She had the means to do it and she ran away with the kid.

  • Sure she kidnapped her child because she was unhappy? So it's alright to be a selfish cunt? I don't think so. I think you're nuts. lol

  • What are you talking about? In your argument, child abduction is justified because Bruna didn't like Jersey? lol

And David shouldn't blame the kidnapping on the person responsible for kidnapping his child?

Yes everyone has a right to be happy. But you do not have the right to trample on the rights of others to obtain that happiness.

  • Assholleeee... That's all I can say about your comment.

  • Sure and people with stockholm syndrome want to stay with their captors, but it ain't happening. Oh and the story ends with Solomon giving the kid back to the original mother so your analogy fails.

  • Stockholm syndrome happens in a violent coercive situation This kid has a normal life. If he wanted to go he would be free to do so. And thats far different from a hostage situation. So I dont think your analogy is right. It does not mater if is the biological mother or not, but the fact that if you really love someone you are going to set them free. Solomon did not give it to the mother because she was the bio mother, but because she would rather see her son well then have it with herself

  • No as the story goes, only the REAL MOTHER would give her son to the other woman than have him split in half which is why Solomon gave the child back to his real mother. Stockholm syndrome is where the kidnapped identifies with his kidnapper. The boy doesn't know wtf he wants because he grew up in a house with his kidnappers he's going to think things are normal when it's not. Plus this isn't some Mariah Carey song kid, it's someone's son. Of course the parent's going to fight for him.

  • Regardless the story lesson is about real parents doing whats better for their sons Its ok to fight for him, but is better for the kid to stay in Brazil. It dos not mather what the kid thinks, everyone can see he has a good life, and thats why the court gave her family the custody . Stockholm syndrome happens only where there DANGER and a HOSTAGE This kid was never a hostage. Is hard for some Americans to deal with their their ego and understand America might not be the best place for everyone

  • Why did you use the story if you were just going to disregard it then? It's hard for some Canadians to deal with their ego and understand that they don't know wtf they're talking about and unless they get their facts they shouldn't say anything otherwise they end up looking stupid. :D It's not about the country (People like you always seems to argue the strawman) It's about doing the right thing. Bruna broke the law when she kidnapped Sean and shouldn't be rewarded for her actions. The End.

  • The right thing is for the boy to return to his real father and his real family in America. It's not about pride, silly canadian, it's about doing the right thing. Why the heck should we let criminals get away with their actions just because they're dead? So we punish the father for her mistake? Please-

  • If you want to agree to disagree then keep it as such, and stop making a fool or yourself by blaming Americans for their opinions. "Silly Canadian" you don't think it's insulting when you say things like that? I'm just giving you a taste of your own medication. :) Bruna is dead, but they're still breaking the law by not returning the kid to America. And she was "rewarded" for her actions when she was alive so yes it still counts.

  • Well, you live in Canada, so I assumed you're Canadian, unless you're a liar? (Just like you assumed I'm an American for my comments). I do think you look stupid for using your analogies and disregarding them, and that is my opinion I'm just being truthful. :D This isn't a forum open for discussion honey, this is freaking youtube. I just think it's funny, that you blame the "American pride" when we think that justice should prevail and wrongs should be righted.

  • Nah you only reaffirmed what I had said earlier. The kid needs to go back to his dad. His real parent. How am I arrogant and intolerant? You like to make up stupid stories just because I don't agree with you? Now who's being intolerant and angry. I didn't say that America was perfect your country isn't. You just like putting words in my mouth. I assume you're Brazillian then? And being Brazilian you shouldn't throw any stones. :D

  • Now I'm a stalker and a hypocrite? You're a dumbass. I respond because you reply to me. DURR, so wouldn't that make you a stalker and a hypocrite as well? I agreed to disagree, you're just an opinionated bitch who thinks everyone should agree with you which is why you keep arguing. Lastly, this ain't a forum or a classroom debate or your therapy sessions. This is youtube.

  • * The Hague Convention

  • Also just because the Lins E Silva is rich does not mean they're the best family for Sean. I seriously question the morality of a family who condones kidnapping and lies constantly about the truth when confronted. Sean growing up in that kind of a family is detrimental to his mental health. The Hague Convention also stated that people shouldn't be kidnapping other kids and bringing them over to other countries and the Brazillian court already said Sean was going back to his father. twice.

  • Oh yeah he's greedy and lazy are you bruna? How do you know this? Listen bitch, you're the one arguing on youtube like your life depends on it. I could care less. I stopped arguing a while ago, you just keep bitching and bitching. Just when I think I'm getting out, they pull me back in! OI!

  • If your mouth wasn't so big, you'd actually get laid. Cunt.

  • And it takes 2 to tango

  • Never said I was a saint whore. ^_~

  • Ohh you bitching again...dam this never ends you fucking psycho My mouth is as big as it needs to be and I do get laid thanks Actually i would still even if I havent any as appearance is not amongst my problems and please put a real picture of yourself, we are all curious to see how fucked up you look Your a creep that bitches in youtube for lack of a real life just look at your channel before you say anything! LOL Go back to your fish friends, watch Clark Kent wile you play with your small dick

  • Why should I put a pitcture up at your request bitch? LOL, funny how you're making fun of gay people while you worship jenna jameson the porn queen. HYPOCRITE. But it's all good, I always knew you were a whore. You talk just like one too. Funny how I'm "ugly" because I'm calling you out sounds like you got daddy issues slut. You must like men with small dick, you talk about them constantly cunt. :D

  • You should put a pic so I can save some money for next Halloweens mask Im not making fun of gay people, im just making fun of you having a ridiculous romantic Smallville movie in your channel, mixed up with creepy stuff while pretending to so tough in YouTube LOL. Sounds like sexuality issues nice of you to assume them I dont worship Jenna i just think she is pretty and brave, no problem with that What i like or not is up to me, and even if i liked men with small dick...whats wrong with that?

  • You're a pretentious, narcissist who trolls around youtube looking for confirmation on your looks. Sounds like the wicked queen's looking for mirrors and minions. Nothing wrong with men with small dicks, accept you keep saying there is so don't pretend to be openminded when you're not whore. Plus, you're a prejudice bitch seeing as how you have to make fun of people for their tastes. Turns out, you're just an ugly whore with a mouth after all "beauty" is only skin deep.

  • Honey i dont need youtube for affirm anything, much less how i look, if you attacking me for shit, you can be sure im gonna strike back.
