i would go for the el definitely its got the looks and power over the civic ;) its an acura afterall and acura - honda. just add skunk2 racing coilovers and lower it 3-4 inches over 17 inch black rims with chrome lips and get front+back bumper lips and sideskirts and ur good to go bro :p lol might also wanna swap in a h22 gsr engine with turbo charge kit on it and ur ready to own the streets ;)
