lawler, coach and jbl were amazing heel commentators because not only did they always lay into the face guy but they were funny as hell. listening to them talk trash during matches was so entertaining. coach during evolution era, jbl during king bookers title reign, lawler for over a decade....amazing and funny times..

cole is just plain annoying and makes you want to mute your tv when he speaks

The other thing to remember is, Coach was semi-original in his heelish persona, hell even King was original when he was a heel, however Cole has to have Vince saying things in his ear for him to repeat on screen because he isn't a creative heel.

Striker was a great heel and with his knowledge of wrestling history I would love to see him back on one of the major shows as a commentator as opposed to Cole.

They always write Michael Cole hate messages for doing his job of being a heel today, while I hardly see any hate messages of Jonathan Coachman who was just as bad as MC when it comes to playing a heel.
