Not completely sure. Every time I take something from youtube, the video's always screwed up. I just do it for audio. I'll figure it out and let you know hon.
You download the video (which usually comes down as either flv or mp4) and convert it either to mp4 or mov (if it already is in mp4 when you download it then I recommend converting it to mov), then just add it to your itunes and you're good to go :) I have it on my ipod :)
