As-far-as the issue of not having a will, why ought one have a will? What, if any, wealth one has amassed during one's life ought to be their familys. Only if one is living in such a corrupt, law-ladden, over-reaching government tyranical country, then one ought to have a will. Oops!! Was that to close to the truth??!!
