@MrNavtej123 Its simple. You get it the same way you would get the silencer or red dot sight for your gun. I believe you can only get heartbeat sensor for assault rifles but I could be wrong. Check the attachments your gun can get. All you have to do is get your gun to a certain level and the heartbeat sensor will be unlocked for that gun. Not sure what level it is.

If you know how to read the map, track targets, how to react quickly, and aim properly you wouldn't need the heartbeat sensor. After all, what if the enemy has Ninja?

You have to engage the enemy at range. You also need to use your special nades(my preferred choice is smoke). Domination is gimped as it is considering that most shitheaded players use it to rack up kills. I could remember getting 115 kills out of 10-15 deaths in Wasteland with nothing but a ACR Holo/SD, no Stopping Power applied.
