Great Product! This is the only product out there that works. It goes in and cleans and conditions the skin under your cast. The reason why it itches and smells is because your cast is full of bacteria and moisture. Tried the vacume cleaner thing. Yeah it feels good but the reality is you are not getting the job done. You have to get in there and clean PERIOD. Two thumbs up for sani cast!!!

@motherof4athletes Yes, Sani Cast has created a great product. There is also some aloe in the product as well that helps to condition the skin. As you can imagine it gets dried out being under a cast for so long.
