The covers are in very nice condition! Are they original pressings on Vertigo/WWA/NEMS records?
The first 3 albums go for ridiculous money. I have the 1st album 1982 NEMS reissue, Vol.4 180G NEMS reissue, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath 1st press WWA and Sabotage 1st press on NEMS. Nice collection!
You'll love what I just found. I've put them on E-Bay. Acetates for the USA copies of Black Sabbath, and Paranoid. Both are in VG+ condition and might one of a few floating around from the early 70's.
A stunning collection you have there, you should be proud. And to answer your question there isn't nor will there ever be a band old or new to have such an impact with multiple releases in the same year cause Sabbath invented and defined a genre of music with those albums thanks for sharing.
To answer your question i nominate Hüsker Dü. In 1985 they released "New Day Rising" and "Flip Your Wig" (And not forgetting 1984 "Zen Arcade,1986 "Candy Apple Grey" and finally 1987 Warehouse: Songs And Stories").
Stunning collection! Trying to catch up with the releases I'm missing (fill in the holes), finding original issues in nice condition (as you mentioned) is quite the challenge. I had most all of the studio releases in high school and of course, they didn't see me through graduation in the best of condition! I've seriously contemplated just buying the re-issues which tend to fetch $10US/ea. Before I do, how do they sound compared to the originals? Are they worth picking up & calling it done? - Lj
@BioCYTE1 Pleased to hear that you played your Sabbath "to death"! Better that then remain in Mint Condition sat unplayed on a shelf! I find it hard to tell the difference between the original & reissues. I will always buy an original pressing but only if the price is right. A reissue is going to be Mint/Unplayed which is why I opt for this option most of the time. I could buy the entire Black Sabbath Catalogue on 180g reissued Vinyl for less than the price of a 1st press Swirl "Paranoid"!
Black Sabbath and Paranoid!! Two best Sabbath albums.

To answer your question: Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band and
Magical Mystery Tour (1967) and Led Zeppelin I and II (1969). There might be more but I can't think of any!
