Just mash it. I find it easier to mash the A button on the Gamecube controller. It's a bit harder on the Wiimote, so I too, fire a bit slower in Trilogy.

I don't understand how Dark Samus got a ship and what happen to the Phazon Suit ? And why Samus Aran don't have any more the gravity suit ?

I saw your Metroid Prime walkthrough 100 % from begginnig to the end. the end was creepy

Dark Samus can fly around, so she probably can through space. Dark Samus IS the Phazon Suit, because she took it from Samus in its Metroid Prime form right before it exploded. Samus doesn't have the Gravity Suit because of game logic preventing you from starting with it.
