Sometimes he's not really directing because we've got the song down; and we cann sing without him but HE IS still our choir director. Joyous is a Choir and every CHOIR needs a choir director. Whether he chooses to dance on stage or just face us all the time it doesn't matter. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes to make them sound this good.
