  • I have done some surfing on here... and i must say.. that you are prob the best I have heard... and it is played as it should be... firstly on a true organ... not a synthetic version, from an electric keyboard, in some old fogies bedroom... but a true pipe organ, with the full spectrum of pipe-sound... and with bass pipes that vibrate the floor ! VERY well done ! And you are / were HOW old when you did this?

  • Hej...Divine-so well done &, enthusiastically so, for such a young fella...lol...seriously, very well done...you seem to have a passion for the pipe organ. I see ur Swedish?. I am part Swedish also.

My relatives are in Husqvarna & surrounding areas of Sweden...my Greats were all from Narke/Jonkoping/Ostergotland areas...the main ones, that is. I keep hearing this March deep in my spirit, off & on. I've never been married...what do you think that might mean?

    Thankyou,

    Layna. Vancouver, Canada.

  • So beautiful... I'm organ player and I'm happy to see how the northern countries like Danemark, Germany or Sweden have young organ players like you. In France unfortunately we haven't so much young organists. Thank you for beeing talented !

  • you are a very gifted musican - thank you so much for sharing with us - I have listened repeatedly - do you have more videos of different music?

  • Loved it :) sounds beautiful

  • wish i could play this as fast as you.

  • Mistakes??? Sounds pretty darn good to me!

  • Te venían persiguiendo? ^^ .

  • very very good musician!!!

  • esta acelerada la toma no mames

aprende a mi yo no acelero ni madres

  • 1 year of organ and you do this !?

  • I visited this church this Midsummer. The organist gave a guided tour of the instrument. It is quite impressive! In spite of the rather smallish looking facade, preserved from an older instrument, it has 56 stops and 77 ranks of pipes - including two independent 32 feet pedal stops. I mentioned this clip to the organist and the church staff. They were well aware of it and quite proud of you.

  • @steff2929 Wow! That makes me very happy! :) How come you visited this church? I'm just curious! Take care! /Andreas

  • great

  • well played.. This song just gave me goosebumps :P

  • I can tell you've only been playin organ for one year

cos of the mistakes you yourself admit to.

But at least be honest to people who don't play like myself

And follow that up with the fact you've been playing piano for a lot longer than that!

Like the ending and pleased you missed out all the G major crap in the middle

  • lÓl_i_fëel_sö_löNëly_tÔDAÿ

  • Wowwww you are great, your performance brings the rock & roll feeling to this beautiful melody!!

  • You are very, very good!! Remarkable talent in a teenager! I hope you continue on with music because you will be a great asset. Really beautifully done. Anyone who isn't familiar with a pipe organ is probably unaware how much there is to know and do at one time. Remarkable.

  • WOW. That was fabulous. I admire your dedication and mastery of this beautiful instrument. Keep it up. May God bless you in your service to the church.

  • I am getting married in July. I am a member of an excellent choir made up of boys and men, but I can't decide what organ music to choose for the processional Help ! Decani Rob.

  • @m0bob

im also getting married in july. if you are having a tough time choosing, just go with the classic Cannon in D or the famous ( although i find a little tacky) " here comes the bride" by wagner

  • Fucking amazing playing dude! I dreaded the day I would be asked to play this warhorse for a wedding- and that day has come so I woz searchin. Your upload was the most exciting I found and should be commended (Piano Paul UK)

  • Nice tonal qualities and stop registration, very clear

  • I'm just now viewing this. I think you are GREAT. Keep up the great work.

  • I to play pipe organ in Cleveland, Ohio. I love playing this piece, but my favorite is still a tie between Bach's Little Fugue in G Minor, his Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, or his Prelude in C Minor (Im big on the creepy stuff) But anyways, a very good job, 2 thumbs up

  • G R E A T !

  • You play that better than most "seasoned" organists! Excellent articulation. Very nice organ, too!

  • You can earn LOTS of money playing this music on this instrument

  • around 1:26 it sounds like the skype sound or is it just me?

  • No complaints here.. just envy. I quit lessons when I was 15, and the local church just installed a new organ, and the priest bugs me all the time to get back into lessons. Im now 22.

  • Åh, how thrild I'am to se someone else than a old, old man sitt'n on the organbench :) I do also play organ myself and I'am 17, and live in Norway. started this atum. But been playing piano since age of 14 :) I'am also playing this pice, and it's so much fun !! I can say that those how think playing the organ is boring or strange in some kind of way - you are missing a very giving, funny part of your life!! I love to play the organ <3 And you who is playing inthis video is a good organist :)

  • anybody can tell me the song title pls? i need it quite urgently :( pls email me the music title pls

    arvin_1308@yahoo.com

  • DAMNNNNNNNNNN! I LOVE THIS!

  • Very good, energetic performance, and quite impressive for your age. I was a church organist as a teenager also. (Many years ago) Best of luck to you always!

  • Andreas is still the best, you should hear him sing!

  • Amazing.... Such a young organist! So good!

  • this is amazing, good job man.

  • that music makes my heart melt!

  • wouldn't you marry in church just for that alone?!

  • @AnteForsman Why havent you replied to all your good people :( I am complaining!!!!!!!!!!!! WHO IS WITH ME?!

  • @stevehallworthcook I'm sorry! I am kind of busy all the time... :)

  • das ist die beste wiedergabe bei youtube die anderen sind halbherzig

  • bEAUTIFUL..GOD BLESS YOU..!!!

  • Well jlandes - the couple are not supposed to run to the altar... This is a little bit too fast even for a Swedish priest... :-)

  • jlandes- the couple are not suppost to RUN to the altar... :-) This a bit too fast even for a Swdish priest... :-)

  • Really great!

  • GOD BLESS YOU.!!

  • Very nice, I also live in Sweden, Norbotten ^^

I know a person in Sweden, Arvidsjaur that also plays church organ, and he is very young!

  • @ThunderCocaCola Nice. Well, this video is 3 years old. So. Alot have changed. :)

  • Who cares if there were mistakes. Some of the very best organist still make mistakes and it is only human. I think you did a fine job and that organ is beautiful. As for you being only 16, my hat is off to you, you are a very fine organist. Keep up the great work. The sound really was not too bad. In my book 5 stars out of 5.

  • nice work! keep it up. ;)

  • Actually I think a lot of people will have respect for someone aged 16 who is able to play like you do ! It's great and I guess the world will hear a lot more from you ;) In the Netherlands there's a rich history of great organists who started at a young age. At least when you're 80 years or older you'll be in top shape ;) I started to play the Cavaille-Coll organ of the Notre Dame 1,5 years ago and I'm 29 now. I started piano when I was 8. And then things went out of hand ;)

  • tonal bliss :D

  • I like the music very much. Thanks for uploading. I am looking forward to hearing more pieces played by you.

By the way, how can you apply for a position to play organ in a church?

  • I miss some serious clapping and cheering in the end...

  • keepon rockin man...could u play fo my marriage ...

  • this has inspired me to take up organ playing

  • Very well done my friend - I wish I could have you play at our wedding!

  • Fantastic. No need to excuse your love of the organ. Be proud.

  • This is the best video ever but i can play the organ and the same song but hes kinda better

  • i wish i had a mansion that had one of these in it... this thing is super old

  • Grymt!

  • It must be playback ;-)

  • @MrBeanfield13 shut the hell up, you're just jealous

  • SUPERT!!! Du är mycket duktig!!! Lycka till att spela till mångas glädje!!!!!

Mvh, en självlärd "organist", från Sverige, som spelar i Norge.....

  • WOW you are GOOD man. I have just started to learn organ.

  • Bravo! You did a brilliant job! :)

  • Bravo!!! - but why is it Svensk Organ?

  • Brilliant, i wish i could play like this :)

  • not bad very good im sure you have grown in age and im sure your talents have done the same very nice keep up the hard work.

    Tampa Florida,

  • Well done, keep on going!

  • Andreas is still the best!

  • FANTASTIC!! EXCELLENT!! Thank you so much for posting! Greetings from New York!

  • Vad fint. Maffig bas den orgeln har.

  • I really want to learn how to play pipe organs... i can handle decently keyboards and pianos I play organ pieces in keyboard but is not the same as the majestic pipe organ

  • WOW! Only been playing a year...amazing talent.

  • Very Dramatic. Its a fast version but desn´t loose it´s value at all because of it!

  • Very wonderful performance i must say. I started taking organ lessons myself about a year and a half ago. Great pedaling. Keep up the good work!

  • Thanks. I enjoyed hearing this. I am an organist myself, started when I was 9 years, I am 71 now! I was married exactly a year ago today (second time for us both!) and we had a very quiet day, only one guest and no music. BUT the next Sunday, after the morning service, I played this as everyone left the church, to applause from all and my new wife's delight..

have a happy life playing the King of Instruments my friend.

  • thank you! me and my girlfriend are soon going to get married and we couldn't decide what wedding song to choose, now we know :) thank you...

  • BRAVO!

  • wow thats really cool. i played first time organ when i was 15 too^^ now, 1 year later i start to play services too, but i dont think that i will be as good as you :p you are pro man 5*

  • Interesting - I have played in the church since I was 14, but was never asked to play this piece - next saturday I will, just listening in to see how others play this simple little piece, beautifull! The organ is also really nice, nice sound!

  • Is this piece playes, when te couple or newly weds enter the church of when the are leaving ?.

  • i can play that on piano

  • that was good!

  • WOW das höhrt sich verdammt MÄCHTIG an.

Fast so gut wie unsere Orgel^^(Beste Norddeutschlands)

  • @ArontDymar

Wo auch immer in "Norddeutschland" die besagte "Beste Orgel" stehen soll....

... Es kann im höchstfalle eh nur die zweitbeste sein - denn "Die Beste" das ist mein Dienstinstrument ;-)

  • i think it should be very much slower... its almost annoying how fast it goes... but that just what i think... great vid! ur hecka lucky to be able to have access to an organ like that DX

  • great job!

  • really nice!

  • great job! in Germany, I've played the organ for the first time in a service when I was 14 and everyone really likes it to have a young organist!

  • fan va bra jobbat

  • I don't find that awkward at all that you are only 16 and playing the organ for all sorts of services, I started playing in church when I was 11 and haven't stopped since. Great talent you have and your doing your duty by using it! kudos!

  • Outstanding talent! Very moving rendition!

  • sweet music :D

  • now you are probably already 19, hehe

  • Is this church a roman-catholic or an evangelical?

  • Who cares? There both wrong.

  • very good

  • whoo! a fellow organ player! way to go :D :D :D

    this is brilliant :D

  • Amazing...

  • wonderful!!! i loved it!! and BEAUTIFUL organ...i wish i could play like that it was great

  • Wow! This is wonderful! I too am a young church musician, I started playing organ when I was 14 and have since switched over to song leading. I kind of get nervous on the organ but I am practicing again and trying so very hard to get the foot pedals mastered. Its so hard for me, i guess you could say I have bad finger/foot coordination. Lol. Thank you for playing this as well, It is a song I am learning to play for a wedding this summer!

  • I've never dared to play on one of those, I'm too afraid I'll break it...

  • excellent playing

  • Great!Organ is a so difficult instrument to play,bravo!Anne

  • why didnt u switch registrations or move ur hads over the manuals for emphasising between the forte and the piano?

Its such good playing however, that I've once stunned watching your very performance...

  • Amazing! I am looking for wedding marches/recessionals and i wish i could hire you! excellent!

  • Excellent. When my son married, the old guy playing the organ made a complete hash of this famous piece. It was the day that music died.

    Your version was perfect...5 stars

  • Oh now that is really great keep up the good work!

  • Magnificent sound, lovely !

  • best sound in the world is an pipe organ

  • WOW ! You make the huge organ sing! You inspire us to do great things with your music ! Danke !!!

  • Bravo!

  • Sweet, man...

Can't even do this on a piano.

At least not as well as you do

    Keep up the great work!

    ^^

  • I was searching this song for a long time cuz didnt know the name. And this popped out. I like it.

  • Really well done - I liked the heavy dramatics in the playing....

  • Beautiful organ and beautifully played. Yes, I would like to hear the entire wedding march.

  • Absolutely fantastic version.....!!! So good to see such a talented young organist.......very well done my friend.... post some more for us please...

  • Haha, duuuude : D Sluta vara awesome!!!

  • Good! Very, very good! Its nice to hear!! Mir hats sehr gefallen, weiter so, "Kleiner"! Vor so einem fleißigen Jugendlichen ziehe ich mit meinen 51 Jahren gerne den Hut! Hast du gut gemacht!

  • I have to ask, but how old are you? I was an organist off and on for almost 10 years, so I love seeing young ones up and comes or so accomplished in your regard.

  • How does 16 strike you?

It's in the information box thingy next to the video

  • Great Work !!! I wish you played the entire March..... Someday I would love to see that video..... marvelous organ and very well-played!!!

  • its dam fast

  • Very good. American versions play it much too slow (for some reason Americans slow down every emotional song to milk it dry - Americans are the most emotional people in the western world!). Europe is still the cultural capital of the world.

  • @jlandles you are right about that american banalization, but almost all the european clasical recordigns are slower than this version. Is not about feellings, is about candence and fluctuation. You can play it faster or slower, but if you don't focus in the variations sounds very flat. I think that in this case can be pulled.

Anyway, is the best played organ version that I hearded in youtube.

  • @jlandles As an American, I don't disagree that our mainstream romantic music drips with such slow sugary syrup as to make one's soul diabetic. However, in this instance, the music is slowed down so the wedding party can get from the front of the church, to the receiving line in the back of the church, without anyone feeling uncomfortably rushed.

Wouldn't you agree that a truly advanced culture is mature enough not to over-generalize the cultures of other nations? It seems so obvious...

  • @scooterdooter Yet you generalise regarding the nature of "advancement" of culture! Who is to say your idea of "advanced" is shared by others? That's the problem with appealing to a supposedly universal idea in order to reject other's views, my friend. It's innately self-contradictory.

  • @jlandles Correct 1000/1000. I never liked that version since!

  • The best Wedding March in Youtube:)

  • Bravo!

  • The best organ sound on YouTube, and well played too...Thanks.

  • Very good... In fact one of the best -if not the best- of all organ version on youtube !

  • its perfect!

  • indeed it is on the fast side, could use a little less reeds to pronounce the sounds of the left hand a little more

other wise very accurately and wonderfully played

  • Congrats! It`s so beautiful! You play very well. I can`t stop listening!!! Pleaseeeeeeee, never remove this video!!!! Lol :)

  • great vid,

sry but wheres the middle :S

  • That was spectacular!!!

  • du är grymt duktig Andreas! :D

haha, olik dej i rött hår! ;D

  • Brings tears to my eyes - with sheer emotion. Maybe if I play this often enough between now and the beginning of September I might manage not to cry when my son gets married .

  • hi i can understand how you feel! when ever i hear this or wagner bridal and handel largo it just breaks me inside, as all thought i had get devorced the music brings back bitter sweet memories

the sad thing is i am a fully grown man

    best regards

    andy

  • i love the way he jus walks off at the end.

  • This is tremendous :) You should be very proud. *favorites the video

  • awesome! thanks!

  • haha va coolt 8'D

vrf har du inte blått hår där? :O

  • You are absolutly amazing. Truly gifted! And what a BEAUTIFUL pipe organ. Next time I visit Sweden, I am going to make a trip to see that. And would love to sit back and listen to you. Keep up the good work!!!

  • You are an extremely talented and mature 16 year old. Very few people your age have the maturity to play at church services, much less as the organist! At 20, I dream of doing what already do; I want to be a church organist. God bless you!

  • oj, du är ju någorlunda grymm :o

  • thank you for sharing your talent.

  • it sounds very well !!!

could? you also send to me this noten?

I would like to play this also on organ.

  • Comment removed

  • you're really good!

    keep up the good work!!

  • where i can download this song?

  • I just inputted this into an MP3 from my keyboard, if u want it i can email it to you.

  • in only one year so good.... thats really really good... i'm also 16, but i'm learing since 5 years playing organ... I'mplaying services since 2 years.

  • A little fast, huh ? The following is true - I was there, in church, before the start of a wedding. I knew something was going down because this couple was not among the sharpest tools in the shed. The organ began playing the opening theme from Chariots of Fire. The wedding party jogged to the altar. All of them adjusted their gowns, tuxes, etc. to make sure you could see their running shoes. I don't know if the minister knew ahead of time, if they were trying to make a statement, etc.

  • lol ITS AMAZING a lil fast though lol

  • That's awesome! I can't stop hearing it, over and over. Could you please put a high-quality video of this? Perhaps a re-record if you have time? It would be very nice!

  • Wait so this kid got this good in one year? 15 to 16??? wooaahhhh you got some natural talent there, absolutely amazing

  • and how did u geet it to fit in your house or something

  • he never claimed this is his house though

so it could be that he brought the computer to his church and played at church.

plus it looks like a church

  • how did u get the organ

  • Thats what i want to know. LOL.

  • lol

  • absolutely fantastic!

  • very good interpretation! well played!

  • That's the best interpretation I've heard so far for this song! Congratulations!

  • Pretty cool! I'm playing the organ since kindergarten (6 years), but I didn't make a performance because I was focused on my second instrument: the Violin

  • i think im gonna marry you :)))

  • You are so great! If I could knew you early, I would love to invite you to my wedding in Finland! Greetings!

  • well done dude

  • actually I'm 12 and I also play at diffrent events such as weedings etc.

  • i want u in my wedding :)

  • har för mig att han bor i sävast och spelar i boden kyrkan.
