  • not so fast doc!

  • Shut the fuck up everyone. How lame can you people get? Just because you watch an insanely dark series about about a csi investigator/DNA analysis expert who is a serial killer does not mean your crazy as well. HOWEVER I do give Dexter much much credit of how they present the episodes; it makes you feel as if your Dexter himself in a way... But it is all 100% FAKE. Do you think the media would actually give people ideas/intentions to go out and become murderers? Perhaps in your worst nightmares

  • thaw shald not kill

  • Dexter's secret is one of those "if I tell you, I'll have to kill you.", but he'd be like, "...seriously. I would."

  • its kind off weird how he's voice sounds like josh duhamel

  • ITS OVER WHEN I SAY IT IS OVER!!!

  • what season is this from?

  • @max170892 first

  • I thought this scene was funny. Michael's actinng was dead on and comedic

  • Freddy would tear up Dexter.

  • @cheapcape Yeah, in his dreams! Wait...

  • @cheapcape Theres a difference between freddy and dexter

  • a serial killer is a person whos killed more then twice eh?

  • @TheDarkstar010 a serial killer is someone who has killed a lot of people using the same method always

  • @sancar22 Serial Killers are murderers who kill three or more people with a cooldown in between each kill.

  • @TheDarkstar010 And a lot of the time, the people have something in common with each other. Like he only kills women, or only kills those who are intelligent. As well as the killer using the same method. Someone who just kills a lot of people no matter what, is a mass murderer.

  • @Jumpybeaver Mass Murderers are murderers who kill five or more people in a VERY short time period, like a few minutes or seconds in between each kill. They often end up getting themselves killed on purpose or keep going until they finally get killed. They're often angry for whatever reason like a victim of constant bullying.

  • And the winner is: DEXTER BY REAR NAKED CHOKE

  • what episode is this from?

  • perfict rear naked choke ..

  • @HLGW1992 Hahahahaha HELL YEAH!!

  • loved this part :D

  • That scene is absolute genius

  • "I'm a serial killer............°°°° O_o ....HOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOOD ! Ho hoooooooooooo! " So amazing and awesome !!!! ^^, and after, he kill the man ! absolutely fabulous ! I remember this scene ! Very good !

  • Comment removed

  • You made me accept that I'm a serial killer. Thank you! But then again, you did cause the death of three women, so, bye-bye.

  • dude if i ever wake up and c saran wrap everywhere ill hav a heart attack

  • @talbotd27 i think we would rather die of a heart attack that from dexters knife! i would.

  • The point of the show (and the books) is not Dexter, but our response to Dexter. Dexter himself doesn't worry too much about the morality of what he is. He is just in it for a good time. The people Dexter kills are targeted by Dexter according to his father's code, but mostly as a way to protect himself. Society will not go after him if they find out his targets.

The guys Dexter kills are bad guys. That does not make Dexter a good guy. Our response is what makes this interesting.

  • @zoodensha

Because Dexter is a likable protagonist, and it's not his fault that he's this way, so we find ourselves being worried about him and hoping he gets away with it and everything, so it makes you wonder about yourself and human nature and everything.

  • @Usul573 there comes a time things are your fault so yes it is Dexter's fault. You learn from your mistakes. To see what you claim about Dexter you would have to look at a game called HITMAN as agent 47 is litterly a born killer and has no idea what life is growing up in school or with a family. Dexter is a little boy in his adult years and as he gets more emotional he becomes more irrational and ends up killing the innocence.

  • @zoodensha I like this point of view. Dexter clearly claims to be a monster and thats just what he is. the definition of a monster is anything wrong within the natural order or a fictional creature usually found in legends. Well Dexter may not be a fictional creature but he is wrong within the natural order. he makes himself out to be one as the bay harbor butcher. We all know the BHB is a scary thing indeed especially when the BHB gets mad such as when you talk about his stupid girlfriend.

  • tonight is tonight

  • best Rear Naked Choke in tv or film

  • HAHA this episode is hilarious, in a morbid sense, I love it <3.

  • "this con. is over" >>> it's not over untill i say it's over...

  • Look's like he's having an orgasm :P

  • One of my fav eps <3

  • i've seen it on tv sometimes, i know the plot everyone tells me it's a great tv series, i still can't watch it.. i find it quite boring..for some reason! And i change the channel..again i wanted to see why imdb has dexter rated 9.4!anyway, maybe i don't really like the idea of people killing others because it feels good..there have been wars and so much blood that I would rather not watch it.It's fiction I know, but fiction could be way more creative than adding so much violence on our heads..

  • @El3ktra2008

It's definitely not for everyone. Dexter isn't purely about killing people. There are actually a lot of philosophical aspects and it really makes you think about your own life.

  • @LolitaSupreme Well maybe it does I don't really watch it, but the thing is why can't people search within themselves, and make themselves think about their own life.. Learn from their experiences which will be their motive to learn and think..purely! Brutality is sometimes needed to think, but I don't really believe that all the viewers of the show think about the philosophical aspects that you do.. It's nice though to hear something different than , " wow, i'm so glad he kills so perfectly "

  • Atta bout:)

  • ho yeah he is a killer, but the best killer ever

  • If somebody said that they are a serial killer, first rule is DONT TURN YOUR BACK TO THEM!!!!!

  • ahh cereal killer watch out weetabix!

  • there are pbbly real psychopaths on the comments haha, just think about that, some people make jokes in the comment, everybody laughs but hey, what we don't know is that they have a real victim in their fridge. just saying :) 453 comments: pbbly 1 or 2 real psychopaths. haha that's awful

  • According to a unanimous opinionated poll which I read, fans think the best episode of dexter is easy as pie. If anyone has any other choices, please say so.

  • i watched this episode yesterday :):):)

  • 0:14-0:20 just came in someones mouth ^_^

  • "this sessions over" ironically gets choked

  • "I'm a serial killer.... (breathes deeply) OH GOD, That feels amazing to say out loud!" Best use of his is voice right there.... rawr.

  • Dexter taught me how to kill my victims properly. :)

  • @constructchaos Same here. Amen to that. >:)

  • @constructchaos awesome 4 u :)

  • Everyone asking what episode this is: It's Season 1, Episode 8 : Shrink Wrap

  • 9 people aren't serial killers

  • LOL "You should try it."

  • what episode is this???

  • RNC, bitch

  • As a martial artist with well over 30 years combative experience, I'm so glad to say that Michael.C.Hall's choke was done damn near perfectly. I'm VERY impressed.

  • I miss Dexter's good kills...

  • And now the healing process can begin. Wish I'd strangled my psychiatrist.

  • Which season is this from?

  • @Yotes4Life The first...

  • Mata Lao

  • In response to any "Thou Shalt Not Kill" arguments. A more apt interpretation of the commandment in context reads thou shalt not murder in the context of 1st century Jewish law. Kiling for self defense and killing to preserve the lives of others is not murder.

I have never seen this show but I sort of cold heartedly wish we'd get a true 'celebrity' serial killer. One who removes the 15 minutes of fame seekers and the over covered media clowns of hollywood, sports and entertainment.

  • @majik2hanz lol deep down inside i wouldnt mind that either. Maybe the first victim would be justin bieber!!

  • @majik2hanz wait what? that's such an overkill, excuse the pun, but that is much easily solved by just not watching them

  • "This sessions over" "No its not" :P

  • wtf? i though he killed serial killers, this makes him an actual bad serial killer...

  • @Fallout3pwns1 this therapist was making his patients depressed and then putting thoughts of suicide in their heads

  • @Fallout3pwns1 nahh, the therapist was baad !

  • @Fallout3pwns1 He does kill other bad killers. The Therapists was a serial killer. He convinced people to kill themselves instead of try to save them. He suggested ways to commit suicide and taped it all and enjoyed watching them die. He didnt actually kill them cause he didnt want to have blood on his hands so he made them kill themselves. Dex is pretty good at his research so nobody can hide from him. Dex is the good killer....sounds weird. Is theyr such thing as a good killer?

  • @BloodyFlesh626

Is there such a thing as a good killer: Yes

To kill another in defense of yourself and other innocent people, to kill another that is the threat to the well being of society: pervs who rape, kill and emotionally scar others and those too weak to defend themselves i.e. children

Killing a psychopath or other mentally incapacitated indivdual with violent intent is probably the best way to remedy the problem. Saves innocent peoples lives, families, and taxpayer money.

  • @BloodyFlesh626

Think of it as analogous to why naturalists kill animals who kill humans. They have them put down. There's a percent who want to 'rehabilitate' them which is noble or who want to analyze why they became that way. Episodes of Criminal Minds do a good job of showing the issues that lead to serial killers. In reality unless there's a way they can be guaranteed to keep serial killers away from hurting general population the best solution - cold as it is- is to put them down.

  • what episode is this from? i don't remember this.

  • @heyidkwhatever the one where he kills the psychiatrist. where it shows debs boyfriend is.......... at the end. first season

  • @hellopeeplz95 oh must have missed it i guess

  • "I'm not joking, I kill people" >:)

  • @Ganshinu

Are we supposed to be worried? Because we're laughing, and the reason why we are doing this is so... psychopath.

  • good rear naked choke hold lol

  • lol, owned

  • Heres what we learned.... Anyone tells you they are a serial killer and doesn't treat it like a joke is most likely going to try to kill you, kill them first.

  • "Quite the God Complex..." lol!

  • Dexter Seasons 2/3 soundtrack just released! Anyone check it out yet?

  • lol video is so fucking tiny.

  • haha... so relieved to finally say it to someone! xD ... love Dexter!...

  • LOL

  • @eldtagg

Probably. "AUUGH YES!! THE TRUTH! YES!! " O-o

  • "i'm not joing i kill people" hahahaha

  • I LOVE THIS XD, "im a serial killer...AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! that felt amazing, i kill people, few! there it is again!"

  • im a serial killer and i looooooooooooove it

  • Who is he killing? Random people?

    Fathers of children and so?

  • @DictatorRoB never innocent people. He lives by the code of Harry

  • @DictatorRoB he kills people who have killed somebody. Dexter sees some holes in harrys code and tries to live whitout it couse it says dexter have no feelings and never can be a good father etc. Watch the seasons !

  • @Moz1lla look what happens when he broke the code though. Made friends with Miguel and we all know how that turns out

  • @ThatGuyJarred He learned from that lesson, as Miguel too found out

  • @Moz1lla

So he is like Frank Castle, The Punisher?

  • @DictatorRoB

Not so much. Dexter is described as a sociopath. His adoptive father recognized this and molded him to be a 'good' serial killer. So he tracks down people who kill the innocent and kills them in turn, and that's how he deals with his homicidal urges. The vigilante part is an added bonus for society, but not his main reason for doing it.

  • @Sanrei

If only it worked with real murderers. But instead of killing gangsters and another scum, they are killing ladies.

  • @Sanrei it might have become the main reason... He has a "inner rightness" that I see of, that I can justify for being good and right about things... Does murders have to die?... them killing innocent people?... they have taken a life, so is it fair to take theirs?... it might be!...

also he just don't recognize he has emotions, even though he has... He know's he needs to be a monster, and therefore act as one, but he isn't a monster...

  • @DictatorRoB Frank Castle is nothing like Dexter.

  • @SonofAeons

    Castle is better.

  • Totally the smartest thing to do ever... Im just gonna turn my back and walk away from a man who just told me his hobby is killing lots of people... Word?

  • I remember this episode..... Dexters SMOOTH as ever!

  • grande scena!!!

  • ... I was being sarcastic, hence the quotes in 'heroes'...

  • Well, that got the monkey off his back.

Dex is my motive to never kill

  • HE CAME :D

  • he's so awesome

    "you should try it" XD

  • michael c hall is amazing

  • This is the best show I've ever watched. I don't like blood and violence that much either. Funny thing eh?

  • You can watch the first two seasons instantly on Netflix. After watching the first one, I got addicted and watched the first two seasons in about three days (I need a life).

Now Im waiting for the third season, and I cannot wait for it to come in the mail. I wish Netflix did watching instantly for all the seasons.

    THIS SHOW ROCKS!!!!!

  • HAHAHA that was awesome xD

  • "ooooo God" :D

    !!!! Dexter !!!!

  • "You should try it...." >:)

  • lol epic face

  • After he said "I'm a Serial killer" He sounded like he had a orgasm. xD

  • I think he did... ;)

  • @Cedea341

    Maybe. o;

"That feels so amazing!" -"To say it out loud" xD

  • his dark passenger is his real wife.. for him it was a mental orgasm to let the passenger out, and show the real darkly dreaming, dearly disturbed daddy dexter ;)

  • @Cedea341

Even so, He sounded like he was having an orgasm nonetheless. Plus that to an orgasm face. 8D

SPOILER: I knew Rita was gonna die the second Arthur Figured out his real name. -_-

  • Nice job. I thought he would kill his sister in a bathtub, since she fit the Trinity pattern. And Dexter would be even more heartbroken if it was Debra. After all he did find Dexter's old apartment, wich is now Debra's

  • Yeah, I knew they couldn't kill off Deb though. It would be collapsed then.

Still no matter what - He had an orgasm. >_>

  • no he didnt

  • @Temari1288 I bet you $100 he actually did. lol

  • @Temari1288 Ahahahahahah! truuuuuuue!xD

  • @Temari1288 Um, serial killers are typically impotent, the ONLY way they CAN orgasm or get excited is by killing.

  • @shadowscion

So you say. But Dex is different. He gets such an orgasm just from something as simple thinking or talking about killing. He loves it so much he just jizzes from thinking about it.

  • @Temari1288 He doesn't 'love' anything, he can't.

  • @shadowscion

Ah ah, What ever you say, My dear. ^__^

  • @Temari1288 That's what the entire show is about...harry realizing he is a psychopath(someone who can hide the fact that they are unable to empathize with others) and teaching him how to deal with it.

  • @Temari1288 LOL i love when he does it after killing someone XDDDD its so funny

  • @Temari1288 he totally sound like it! xD

  • "I'm gonna tell you somthing and I never told anyone before"

    "ok?"

    "I'm a serial killer.......OOOHH GOD!"

    lol

  • @HappyYOOGS

That OOOHH GOD! Was the sound of a reeeeeeeally good piss

  • lolz good one

  • if a serial killer admits to you he kills people that is not a good sign

  • @Televizzle07 yeah but he doesn't mention that he kills SERIAL killers!!!

  • hhahahahhaha the therapist has chicken arms when he tries to stop from being choked

  • It's Carl from ghost. I hate that guy!

  • it's from the first season....i would know b/c ive only seen the first season xD

  • don't ask, in wich part is this scene, wach the whole movie, you will like it...

  • is this a scene from dexter? if so which episode? Oo

  • yeah it's in episode 8 'shrink wrap', 1st season.

    my favourite episode! :)

but seriously: watch the whole season! ;)

  • hahah he jizzed in his pants when he said: im a serial killer

  • I cracked up. He bluntly told him he was a serial killer.

  • i liked the beginning of season 4 with his baby

  • haha that scene fuckin .. was awesome i was crackin up lol

  • lol

  • hahahah

  • LOL at the YouTubey argumentation below. :p

*sigh* I wish I had cable. This looks like such a good show! Well, I guess there's always DVDs. :-\

  • You can download it from the internet,

if You know how. Don't ask me though.

  • I just finished a good chunk of season 1. I friggin' love waiting until good series go for a few seasons, then watching the whole thing in about a week. Three episodes a night at least, it's friggin' sweet.

  • That's exactly what my family is doing.

Renting the older seasons on Netflix, watch 2-3 episodes a night, return the disc, and get the next one in the mail! It's awesome, haha. This show is definetly one of my favorites.

  • Where are you watching it?

  • DVDs from blockbuster. Just finished Season 4.

  • Yep it's one of the best shows ever made.

  • Its an incredible show. Just a mind-blowing piece to take a serial killer and make him the protagonist, and more.. a likable protagonist.

  • The books are pretty fucking awesome, too. The show definitely took a lot of liberties though. Mainly the second season on.

  • The books from what I hear are good... but have a lot of trouble emulation emotion.

  • That was kind of the point. Dexter isn't supposed to have emotions. Technically they're correct, but the point of Dexter is to be able to look at anything without flinching and analyze it, even joke about it. It's kind of the trademark of the character.
