In that game the missions are less stealthy as it must kill a large number of enemies (to avoid killing civilians) to advance and no anesthetic or syringes. Only knives, fiber wire, or firearms, but can use a kevlar vest, you can not save games during missions. The only Sniper Rifle that can be carried in a case is R93

Actually, Japanese. I hate them to. They can see straight through a blizzard, and they can be suspicious even though the ninja outfit covers you head to toe, not to mention blending in with the environment.
