Been there, 5 phx police threw me threw a chainlink fence for riding my mountain bike after dark without a headlight. They were thrilled by it, and got off on it. I have to say that normally I am on the side of the police and look for a reason to explain why a certain situation might have happened as it did but in this case I got nothing for them....That was flat out stupidity on the part of the police. Poor training, poor attitude and plain ignorance.

The officers did not like that one bit, so they tried to confront him and harass the guy. He pulled his camera out and they probably told him to shut the camera off, but it is a constitutional right to videotape. If you were talking about him resisting, then that's wrong. You can resist unlawful arrests or requests. Usually every time they go to trial, it gets dropped.

We have some pretty sick comments on this. First of all, what the police did is wrong and not only should they be fired, but also charged and put in the same jails they like to put others. Police work is tough, but a small percent of cops are worthless and need to be weeded out. Videos like this help do just that.
