This is amazing to see and I have never seen a thing like that..I think very rarely an Eagle faces defeat. So this time it is a good lesson for the Eagle..

@lmmsl I think it is a young male. This eagle is small. Perhaps he's slipped in the final year. (Is it the right word? "slipped"?) I have seen such an air battle many years ago. At the time it took half an hour. It was a big, experienced eagle. It was his joy, again and again to fly in a large group of coots.

@fuchsfilm Er war sehr weit entfernt und ich hatte keine Möglichkeit näher zu kommen. Aber ich denke auch dass es ein Adler ist. Für eine genaue Identifizierung reicht es leider nicht.
