this was in Piedras Negras, or "Black Rocks", just a few miles out of the border of Texas, near a small town named Eagle Pass. I know this because that tornado killed 5 people in Texas, and 2 in Mexico.

I was there when it happened, it missed our town by a few miles.

FALSO!!!

Este video no es de piedras negras y ni es un tornado 1.-esto solamente es una lluvia que se ve alo lejos.

2.-la carretera corresponde al area de monclova (a 200km de piedras negras) si somos obsevadores en el video, hay una cerca metalica con unos maceteros ( ver el video en 00.12seg) y esto no hay en la carretera federal 57 con rumbo a nava. solamente hay un pequeño camellon lleno de nopales y plantas de laregion que no rebasan los 50cm.
