wow you really thought this out! but i dont understand the benefits of doing a diamond stack as opposed to say, 20 reps each, could you explain please? thank you :)
@adilsafir The purpose of stacking is to work up to the maximum reps. Its mainly to keep it interesting and creating a challenge to see how much your body can take it. I have done many of the 20 reps, or sometimes 30 rep exercises but I wanted to challenge myself so I started stacking. The benefit would be building strength, endurance and burning cal.
@CoopersNEMA nice i understand, so its to make it interesting (correct me if im wrong). but i saw your kicks and they have very good technique, have you made any kicking instruction videos and if you haven't can you make some? i feel i could use some extra power in my kicks and my technique may be the problem. thank you
@adilsafir Thanks! Yes, I believe I've made one kicking video on titled "Reversal Roundhouse Kick" but its not really broken out in a tutorial format. Here is the video: watch?v=ASr8cm-8xKk. But I think you are looking different type of kicking. My style mainly is Taekwondo although I have adopted some Muay Thai / Kickboxing styles as well. Each style is executed differently. There is already many excellent videos out there by others but will consider posting kicking vid soon.
