But it looks like Misty has an unfair advantage here. When it's raining, water-type Pokemon (or is it just water-type moves?) get a power boost.

Well is water moves(and seaking maybe has that 'increasing speed' ability with the rain u.u)
Too bad, my pc deads and I need to format it u.u, so... I lost kaito, his epic mecha(?)
and all moemon patchs x.X
(she is not leaf, is a common camper girl, like the sailors, there are secret agent persons in battle xD)
