I don't understand? So when you unplug the servers they ramp up the fans to cool everything down quickly?

It's when the turn on that the fans do that. It's to bring all components to operating temps fast.

3 reasons for that to happen:
1- the chassis is powering up or recovering.
2- a power supply is not working.
3- something wrong with the configuration of the AMM.
IBM Blade Chassis are unmatched.

Don't do that on an HS20 with the default power bay settings, it's not fault tolerant out of the box.

That's an IBM BladeCenter H chassis. We have 3 of them at the office. By far the best blade product on the market. We like the BladeCenter more than the HP p-class and c-class blades we have.
