This makes me so mad... People, we weren't allowed to preach the gospel. Those were the rules poway gave us to let us use their park. You think we chose not to preach the gospel? It is LIVING WAY CHURCH in Poway at Midland and Twin Peaks in Poway! and they did a fantastic job! You say that youre better than Living Way? You did NO WORK. You piggy backed on the hard work of good people and tried to shove the gospel down peoples throats. THAT DOESNT WORK. It only makes people want to shy away from the church. Living Way worked to show the love of our savior to people and invited them to learn more in a loving and warm environment to feel comfortable in. Living way did right
Having been there to attend I saw a different scene then being described by others. 1000s of people brought together and amazed at the loving manner in which they were treated. It had previously been run on a much smaller scale by the city. Now with the effort time and love so many more were blessed. When asked they shared the faith in a gentle manner and invited attendees to learn more by joining for Sunday service. Don't assume that's being ashamed, it's living the message and opening ears.

Pretty sad: a church has the "easter bunny" etc., but NO gospel proclamation--wanting to be PC. :( Who said they cannot exercise free speech at a PUBLIC park??!
this is saddening! i don't remember the verse but the bible does state tha gods law comes before man. when man's law contradicts his we are to follow gods law and he commands that we share the gospel with unbelievers!
