Buddhism isn't necessarily a "religion" as such. It's more of a method of shifting your own thinking so you can serve your fellow man as much as you possibly can, and thus help you feel better within yourself without relying on material gain.
E.g. instead of saying "If you do these things, you will go to heaven" as in Christianity, it says "Hey, try thinking about things from this perspective. How can this benefit you and others?"

Buddhism isn't necessarily a "religion" as such. It's more of a method of shifting your own thinking so you can serve your fellow man as much as you possibly can, and thus help you feel better within yourself without relying on material gain.
E.g. instead of saying "If you do these things, you will go to heaven" as in Christianity, it says "Hey, try thinking about things from this perspective. How can this benefit you and others?"

Hello OrientalStyles. I've read through your rant here. It seems you have an idea that you're attacking an evil entity, revealing truth, or being some sort of hero by attacking the Dalai Lama. But seriously, as a practicing Buddhist, it's my opinion that you have missed the point of Buddhism. You seem to be approaching it as if Buddhism is about conceptual matters and belief. It's about doing the right thing and using your mind to do so. Tell me how the Dalai Lama is not doing just that.

He has been sponsored by the CIA to wage terrorist attacks on China while paying lip service to 'compassion'. He forced orphans under his care into military services in his secret army. He distort Buddhist teachings to suit his political agendas.

As I paid more attention to the Dalai Lama, I realised more of what a fraud he is , and how un-Buddhist and what a terrorist he is.
More and more learnt people in the east and west are exposing the lies of Dalai Lama, I am very impressed by the work done by scholars such as Michael Parenti, Colin Goldner, A Tom Grunfeld, Mariana and Herbert Röttgen, and more recently in the new book "Dalai Lama: Not So Zen" by Maxime Vivas.
Truth and justice never ceased to prevail and never will. :-)
