Her elbow isn't high enough wich provides a relatively small catch in the water and energy loss. But her backstroke in other video is really good.

I don't understand why she slides her arm sidewards during pull (early clip, left arm)? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's not what's supposed to do.
