Glick comes as close to "getting it" with John as any interviewer I've seen. He was never insulting, never dismayed, but he constantly had these non sequiturs at the ready. One of the few people to really understand how to interview John Waters.

John Waters seems like such a genuinely nice and hell of a fun guy. He does what he does because it entertains him, and his amount of ''don't give a fuck'' is refreshing and kind of invigorating. Who else could you listen to, and they can suddenly be talking about a porno they saw somewhere last week or something, and it's completely endearing? John Waters, you fucking rule.
