  • some sweet info here

  • great video thanks

  • amazing... how much does this machine cost??? seems like wood engraving is a good business... :)

  • sorry, that is Minute

  • 16000mm/s feed rate?

  • an artist still has to program the machine to create the art, that fact that it can produce so many is nothing new, rambrant the famoused artist used a a style that allowed him to create hundreds of the same imaged. thats not to so that i dont think hand made art is superior ,i just feel it has more origanality and pride put into it.

  • this is a 2d ingraving machine but with the human hand it could make a 3d ingravings so easily but with a lot of time accept he could add a touch of art to it.here we can say thanks to the persone who made this machine. and thanks to the person who did the video

  • @369Barthez

    1600$ at least

  • Hello Sir, this is Advanced Technology. now a days entire human life depended upon Technology.

  • @UniTech2009

yes,you are right, there are lots of manufacturers of this kinds of machine in China,if you are interested in it,you can check my youtube to see more working vedios or send email to cncmachinesale@yahoo.com to get more details of it.thank you.

  • These type of machines are terrible! taking jobs away from real skilled craftsmen and women!

  • @bedfortparadise "These type of machines are terrible! taking jobs away from real skilled craftsmen and women!"

Are you also opposed to mechanized agriculture because it "took the jobs away from real skilled farmers"? In reality, what labor saving devices like this does is produce more value for less effort. We don't need humans to do this anymore, just as we don't need you to slave in the fields from you're 5 til you die.

This is a good thing. There's no lack of ways to serve mankind better

  • And sorry but your machine is reduced to nothing near a DATRON !!!

  • just put the nuts to roll , not the screw !

    KKK just think

  • The machine impresses me, but your lack of video quality is shameful.

  • that is the manufacturers mechanical procedure , we wont tell anymore about this issue. we only supply Higher speed machines to my customers. pls try to understand me. we always developping higher speed machines, u can see more videos of our high speed machines this place.

  • @UniTech2009 Sir, what does one of these machines cost in us dollars and shippimg to the us and does it come with the program to carve wood thanks

  • @UniTech2009

hello ,could you tell me the max.speed of your machine?we spindle rotating speed can up to 24000rp /m

  • yes u r correct. i was made typing mistake. thanks for recognise it. this is 16000mm/m. but mechanical acc speed is more and more thane servo

u can see my machines performance more videos there.

  • @UniTech2009 Thanks for your quick response. Can you please explain the difference between the feed rate speed and the mechanical acceleration speed that you mention? If the feed rate is 16000 mm/m then how much is the mechanical acceleration for that feed rate?

  • Hi, is this indeed 16000 mm per SECOND or it is per 16000 mm MINUTE? High end servo drives deliver 380 -500 mm per second. How can a stepper drive deliver 40 times more? Can you please re-check you data if you mean minutes instead of seconds. In one of your other videos you say 12 000 mm per MINUTE feed rate. Could it be that in this video it should be minutes as well?

  • @369Barthez yes would be nice 2 know

  • I need the machine. Can you give us the details to panneer_easwaran@yahoo.co.in

  • @epanneers

Do you also need a cnc wood working machine?

  • Great machine, well done.

  • it is possible to speed it up if you have multiple passes

  • awsome machine, i can not help but to think that it is a shame that the finished product can not be apreciated as much as if it was hand carved though, that would impress me a lot more.

  • @spacecoke Dear sir, Thanks for your Comment it is 100% CNC Machine Carved on Wood.

  • hey how is that business going

  • it is possible if look ahead function in mach3 smoothes the edges of toolpath-carving is a little bit smoother and speed is higher. it is impossible to have fast speed and toolpath coorect to vector or 3d, because machine need to stop one axis and only then speed up another axis when tool changing direction!!!

but very interesting what is your acceleration in motor tuning page? in (inch per s2) please or in (mm in s2)

  • And it looks like shit, no caractere, no soul

  • @jplully

Typical insurgent antiquated person's argument using something that doesn't exist to make it harder to refute. If you think "caractere or soul" is to have some typical human errors you can make a CAD project with them and the machine will make human errors even better than human does.

    Bye

  • @molinobeer "...and the machine will make human errors even better than human does."

Hehe. So true. That statement made me think of the psychologist Ramachandran describing how certain birds would peck at the beaks of their parents for food, however it turned out that the genetic code that produced this pecking behavior actually coded for a slightly different shape than what the parents actually had, so you could produce an artificial "super beak" that would make the young birds go crazy. =)

  • its 100% Ball Screw ( Hiwin) but mechanism is defferent. if you wish, pls welcome to India, the i will show you.

    thank you.

  • Leadscrew actuator never!

    Rackgear maybe.

    What's the secret????

    Congratulations man.

  • Hi Dear Friend, its really 1X video, if you need i will show you as you like ( i did't make any Magic) pls believe me. this is our First CNC Router, it is took time nearly 100 days for making.

  • If this is a real speed of your machine (1X video)..Then i am really impressed.. Thanks for sharing your great work:)

  • Appreciate the effort - still lot of scope to improve upon!

    Best of Luck!
