The video clip clearly shows that the uniformed has the upper hand (ie. with weapons)and they have been seen to clearly demonstrate their power over normal citizens. The way they behaved and acted are clear signs that they are off-springs of terrorists. Would they dare to have a one to one fight? Cowards always act in a group. The authorities should put all such thugs into prison and save the citizens from the brutality of such police personnels. Theyactions show that they are worse than dogs.
