some of my sims have become invisable or stuck in the floor or bed everyone is turning red I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THID FAMILY. i HAVE EVEN TRIED TO GET YHEM TO MOVE.

@vogelkerkuil press ctrl+shift+c, a blue bar should show up. Now type in resetsim "firstname" "lastname". (take away the quotes and type your sims first and last name in spaces. Now your sim should be reseted and be in a safe place (area) at home.

If you want the lifetime points up write testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat code box, then click just above the treasure chest but still in the framed box. For each click you get 500 points :-)
