Its as easy as it sounds, you somehow managed to make things more complicated than they really are. Use one simple saw oscillator on any synth. Add a low amount fast LFO on the pitch of the oscillaator. Use a 24dB lowpass filter on it, since I hear the high end has been rolled off. Add portamento + plus that delay hocuspocus widening, DONE!
