This is not "Skull Monkeys", this is "the neverhood". Skull Monkeys is a platforms game, this is a graphical adventure game (like monkey island) and one of the most funniest ones.
Yeah you can tell this is by the same guy who created EWJ simply by the cartoonish facial reactions Klayman makes. (Reminds me quite a bit of Jim's facial expressions) And this a very well animated and funny scene to boot.
