@jimliamoc Everyone who ever discussed Venom P Stinger with me,loved the Drummer,Jim White and his tyle of playing,or Al's throbbing bass.I loved every aspect of these guys, but Dugald wasthe one who got me in with his blistering delivery, more of a lyricist,so naturally, attracted to the singer.
Ha ha I do think there is a hash fuelled haze and you may be right about the conspiracy but I'd like to think there's a record company out there that has the cash & balls to advance that one band that can bring it all back. I went to the metro May 2, 2004 to see "Tales From the Australian Underground" the bands that played were X, Ed Kuepper, The Moodists, Ups & Downs and I felt like "1986" I have never felt like a year before ha ha but I will always remeber that night.
@daxtonmon DAMN!,I thought that was just a record, now it turns out, there was a promo concert/tour for the album. You lucky boy,if I had the net back then,I would've known.Had to collect DRUM media magazine to keep up with what was going on.Must've been a week Cook's Hill bookshop missed a delivery as Maitland music shops back then, refused to stock it???X,Ed and the moodist, would've been like a time warp as you b4 said.Thankyou for your input Dax,think of anything else, please add, regards Jase.
...Even worse, many of the best Aussie punkers are slowly fading to the other side, half of X is there,Dugald, original Powder Monkeys members,You know Daxton,I suspected,in a hash fuelled haze, that there is some conspiracy, knocking off the best Aussie has to offer, kind of like, the yanks killing Phar Lap...but I straightened up and realized,we are born,we live,we die...but I prefer the hash fuelled fantasies...anything to throw shit at the yanks and their corporations...
@andyboy1961 lucky man,so you hit the 40 yr bracket, same here.I once went to go to a feedtime show,I wagged work, went to waterfront records, had lunch, then proceeded to a bar in inner city.feedtime were there, there was Aussie flags, and biker looking people,Shit the pants and ran out the door, hahahaha, and missed what would've been a good show.Like you said, the kids have no clue to what went on.Shame that era faded, yes,I thought you were AndyMac,Dugalds brother, who wrote to me a couple of times
@andyboy1961 you're not AndyMac from an old punkrock forum,if you are, thanks for that post about Dugald getting beat up by thugs at Melbourne Airport, would've been great to get a few more Dugald tales, unfortunately, that forum shut down.If you are who I think you are, give kind regards,to Mr Nolan, you guys were great, regards.

Like to thank Allen Secher Jensen for originally making this available.I should'nt
have complained about the quality,as better to have something than not at all,
Jaws 1 is part of this video, which was forgotten in the title...enjoy
