if turbo warrior´s effect to reduce attack points affected all kinds of monsters and not only synchros, he would be invincible in battle since it would only be defeatable with a monster with at least 5002 attack points

that would be true, but that only applies to lvl 6 or higher monsters, any monster whos lvl is lower but still can surpass 2500 can kill it in battle. plus, ocg and tcg changed the effect, it now goes;

When this card attacks a Level 6 or higher Synchro Monster, halve the monster's ATK until the end of the Damage Step. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Level 6 or lower monsters.

yes he did summon it with junk synchron earlyer this duel but quillbolt was sent to the graveyard and in the grave bolt hedgehog's effect is valid in the graveyard.

Only when it's removed from the field after using its own effect for revival. For example, if you used monster reborn on quillbolt hedgehog and it was then destroyed, you can still revive it via its own effect.
