I saw these guys June 9, 1990 with Motley Crue's Dr. Feelgood tour, Vancouver BC, Canada. I was 17... they shook the Pacific Coliseum.. it was fuckin crazy man.. you could hear them playing outside in the parking lot! It was fucking wild. We were there for Motley but Tesla blew everybody away too. Never forget it.
I was there, class act all the way. Jeff Kieth was really sick and Frank helped a bit on the higher stuff, but man, they rocked despite all that. Many artists may have said I can't do it, they did not. They lost a friend in the Station as well and had a personal connection to it. I personally felt that VH1 did not give the show it's due. They put it on late at night a couple of times and that was it. The show itself was also not heavily attended, which disappointed me tremendously thanks!

I am so proud of Jeff Keith for trying his best under the circumstances of birng sick and this performance shows this the best live band on the planet. I have seen some of the biggest acts in the world, ACDC, Iron Maiden, Mettalica and even U2 and seeing Tesla last year 3 the were greatest the great band i have ever saw and are deffaintly the best American band by far with more so mcuh talent including Jeff's outstanding presence his gives to his beloved fan from his big heart
I agree he sounds like Eric Cartman. The night it aired on VH1 my wife came running into the room where I was and said,"Come here and listen to Tesla. They have Eric Cartman on lead vocals!" Soon as I heard it I pictured Cartman.
well it helped a great benefit the station survivors and the victims.I know I'm one of them so please buy the dvd when it comes out there was so much that night it was awesome
Well JK was very sick the night this was taped and I thought he did a brilliant job considering. What amazes me is that you call yourself a management professional but you find it okay to slam other artists? Well funny cause I saw your myspace page and what do you know?! I just happen to know some of your artists! I'll make sure that Josh, Louie and a few other people hear about this, I sure you hope you don't represent your clients this way when they aren't looking? I'll make sure to ask ~
who am i slamming??? why are you slamming me??? what did i do??? i put these up for fans of the bands to see... i think my recorded version sounds better than what aired on VH1 that's for sure. i know that he was sick...and he sang his heart out...fans, like myself love that stuff, so chill out!
