@deltaalphaone1 It's certainly possible but highly unlikely since the main advantage of the organized crime (and not only Mexican drug cartels) is to remain mostly undercover. If a cartel Build and army of mainly armed citizens (witch is also unprovable-since most people are not "happy" to work for them, even less to die for simple money-, there are still those who do though.) it would call a lot of unwanted attention and higher leaks of information. & its Just a shallow analysis
@asdgasdf2323 That is a good point and I do understand but just look at Pablo Escobar when he was alive he built apartements and some charity to serve the people if the CARTELS were not so SADISTIC they could see the inteligence of building large scale fortification ,employing those who hate MEXICAN GOVT and are hopeless sounds very hollywood but then perhaps get thme fit and train them pay them and feed them --you may be surprised how people treated farily will side with you even to the Death
but of course, the mexican government is bought by the drug cartels
