RAYBAN WAYFARER COMPARISONS & REVIEWS REAL VS. FAKE (RB 2140 - LARGE SIZE) 2

At the offcicial Ray Ban site, there's also an L on the right arm of the Ray Ban glasses (after hand made in Italy). my real Wayfarer has a K on the right arm. maybe it is different for different types of Wayfarers?

This could be quite confusing because I have the new 2132's (real - from Ray Ban!) and they bear similarities to what you described in the fake ones - e.g. more rounded metal stud, arms stick out further when closed, less sloped arms, and the Ray Ban logo on the front is in a similar position. I hope people with 2132's read this first so they don't almost have a heart attack like I nearly did!

lol the easiest way to tell if your wayferer's are fake or not is if you paid 20 bucks for them on ebay or at your local markets :0) real ones have a starting price of $150 dollars here in Australia. im getting some this week :0)

the writing being farther away on the left temple side doesnt matter because if you go to the actual ray ban website and go into a "full 360 view", you can see the writing is closer to the lenses

The websites called deal extreme and there not put under Ray Band so there a bitch to find on the site.

I think there under designer glasses.

there are a bunch of 2140's being sold on ebay for like $33. im really tempted to buy them, can aanyone look at them and let me know what you think? i want to get them but i dont want to buy fakes.

@bobTom37 looks fake to me. why dont u ask the seller if theyre authentic or not. if u find out that they lied about it, they can get into a lot of trouble (just use paypal or ur credit card). a seller who lies about what theyre selling can lose their paypal account (which could mean the end of their hustle)...

The slants are only on the 2140s and the 2132s dont slant. My 2140s also came in a smooth textured leather case and it has made in italy etched into the side of the case. They are real raybans the case still says Ray Ban on the button but the difference is the leather isnt textured, its more smooth.

@Plamen2007 i would say its pretty much the same as the 2140s but a slightly different shape. the basic design, materials, and "technology" is all the same.

maybe i can do a real quick one later...ill let u know when its up. i dont have any fakes of the 2132s (and not planning on buying any more fake RBs) so it wont be a comparison but just what to look for on the real ones.
