Yeah most Kohl's I've seen are just barebone staff essentially leaving customers to fend for themselves from trying things on and if they have to ask a question go across the store for help.
They aren't investing in customer service as much as they are in keeping the store stocked.
I have a idea Kohls, My Wife was trying to size and buy shoes for our daughter last week and NO help!!! she went to the mall for personal help. they size my daughters feet for new shoes. full service.
