thos old R1 are harder to drive but if you know how to drive it good they fuckin rip..

That 2009 crossplane is spose to be just incredible smooth power..Yamaha is killing world GP right now with Rossi and his team mate. yamaha cant be touched..

Thos are 2 very nice bikes you got there and its good to see that your friend takes really good care of that 99 R1..

I got a 2000 R1, practically the same as the 1999. But I LOVE the way that new bike looks and sounds, its SICK! I can only imagine how the power output is when you crank the throttle, probably like being able to use every cc in the bike as opposed to everything at once right?

I had a 2000 R6, and last year I got a 2007 R6, both Team Blue ( the only way to buy an R in my opinion ) .. and i think the 2000 looked better, but then the 01 started to look retarded, but then good again in 06 so???? lol

I love it. The linear power that they kept talking about is truly noticeable. My buddies 1999 is basically all or nothing and my 09 has power throughout the entire twist. The uneven firing order makes the exhaust sound sick and I just installed my Graves' pipes. Now I have a true stinger on the ass end with no pipes sticking out past the sides of the rear tail. I will post a video with great audio soon to show off the pipes.
