Ristar in game intro & auto demo, for Mega Drive / Genesis 1995

Ristar is such a classic in itself. The gameplay, sprites, stages, colors and music. Everything in this game was so well done that it should have gotten more recognition. One thing that was really cool about this game is that when you were deep under water it would get dark.

I knew that way before that game was released. The trailer actually showed Sonic in his Werehog form stretching his arms. I knew it was a blatant rip-off of Ristar. This game is so much better then that.
