Heres the steps to keep you on track for every 8th count.

The first 8th step is the move 1:28 ('95 performance)

2nd 8th step is (16 counts by now) at 1:33 (when you put arms out put foot in front of other & turn)

3rd 8th step (24 counts by now) is at 1:38 (point toe in before out)

4th 8th step (finally 32 counts now) is at 1:41, which is the last pelvic thrust (4th)

Yeah i agree with M162000, it would be alot easier to learn if you could teach it the other way round to, facing away from the camera. The dance is hard enough & i think doin it this way would make it easier for us to learn, instead of having to figure out what arm, leg, angle we need to be in! lol.
