but for a beginner our cueing may be too complicated these type of wo are very boring and as a trainer i wouldnt waste clients money and time! this may b good as a group wo.... it could be better with some resistantce intervels

its ok but could have been taught in about 4 mins. bit drawn out and boring doing it all over and over and over again
