FiM is better imo, but this is a surprisingly close second. Because there is PLOT.

All other incarnations of the MLP franchise are complete and utter crap, with flat characters and hardly any story line. What little plot there is, is so contrived and shallow I want to vomit.

One thing I never got: why didn't the royal parents mention what the symbol near the tail was? All ponies in that world have symbols near their tails, and each one is different, so if the king and queen had mentioned what the symbol near the tail was they would've found their daughter a lot sooner. Of course there wouldn't be this episode either but still...
