Why is the news woman(Maria Sandoval) talking so poorly? Does she have gun in her mouth? She even signs off as Moria, rather than saying her name correctly.

At 1:59 she says "Pograms that help students stay in school is welcoming." Correction: "Programs that help students stay in school are welcoming." The noun that is welcoming is "programs" not the singular word "school". If this is the best the NY Post can do in a city with so much talent, they are failing.
