to enter a world of "Rhythm Based Communication" (no syntax, no grammar,

no language) where we can now produce both declarative and interrogative

"concepts," & where we now receive non deceptive answers from cetaceans.

Such "Rhythm Based Communication, or RBC," is NOT encoded into "signals,

signs and symbols," but rather is encoded into "Rhythm Based Time, RBT."
