man, my 31 tula 91/30 has the worst "SBS" ive ever seen. Not sure if its the surplus ammo ive been buying, because i stopped buying the expensive as shit privi partizan boxs.
where the cartridge seats before the rifling take a 12ga brass brush on a drill and clean that entire area out. and i ONLY shoot canned surplus ammo. reason for the rifle is its a BUDGET rifle and all that other stuff's too expensive.
