And if that didn't make your point null and void, this will; C is usually replaced with K when the game is being referenced by fans, and sometimes Midway likes to break the fourth wall and do the C and K thing

but It's mostly a fan phenomenon, and to be perfectly fair I said "anything associated with" I didn't say Midway themselves do it. Why would they?
