i strongly suspect we are being lied to. the pipe was inspected 7 hours before it "exploded". the tow truck in the crater hole is also odd. wouldn't the steam gyser have blown it out of the hole? and where is the UNEDITED footage of the explosion itself? think about it. this was a psyop. the neocons want to get us thinking about terrorism and 911 - they want to prepare us for the next big attack.

Steam can be super-cooled, but under 212 degrees Fahrenheit it already is starting to condense into tiny droplets (although it will still look like steam), which are water vapor, not steam.
