Terrified new Yorkers ran out of the building, thinking terrorists were attacking them again. The controversy is the government didn't warn the mayor nor the people of New York of this plane flying near the statue of liberty

I know, they certainly did. If I was a New Yorker I would be very angry. What right did they have to do that? It's not very funny, even though Mr. Emmanuel apparently thinks so. When the interviewer asks him about the plane flying over you can see him smirking.
