A full-time mother is a FULL-TIME JOB. The more kids you have the more responsibilities you have. As parents of three high school graduates and three college attendees, the rewards come later.
"It really does make a difference to stay in the work force if they can...." And THERE is the bias...... trying to convince mothers to not take time off. It also really does make a difference to be able to stay home and raise your own children.
