Our rehearsal dinner was canceled the day of the rehearsal. They claimed to have accidentally double booked us. We had to find a new place and contact all of our attending out-of-town guests. The Day Before Our Wedding!
Dont get married here! The staff is great, but the owner will steal your deposit. He will tell you that he did not spend it, but he does not have it to return to you. Yea right! This happened to my wife and I less than two months ago. He sent us a letter two weeks ago thanking us for our patience and calling us creditors of the View Point it. It was a wedding deposit, not a loan. I am not a creditor, but a customer they stole from! I wonder if we will ever see our $1,000.
They did the exact same thing that happened to dhedrickd to me and my new wife. We have been out of our $1,000 for over 3 months now.
